Beautiful home, loved the stack stone and lush plants. This home was beautiful inside too, with really well designed rooms that didn’t rely on exterior views to ‘create’ the space.

Dream home status on this one💗 I have two young boys and a mother living with us. We are here in Henderson and want to stay. All the greenery is gorgeous. That’s what I love most about this home and the backyard. Our family could make so many wonderful memories with that backyard 💗

The best of all the resale homes you have shown. Great steel front gate and lovely backyard. While I love the idea of lacquered colored kitchen cabinets, this particular color is one I would have a hard time living with. Then you combine that with the busy 2-color wall tile and it's all too much. Still, great house overall.

I agree. The ultra modern/retro kitchen doesn’t go with the rest of the house at all. I would also remove the blue and white striped wallpaper in the bedroom.

Homes, that are better in some mofels than Blue Heron...but again I said like for a reason

Kitchen was amazing! So nice to see a lot more color in a room that we tend to spend so much time in. Plus, the fact its an open floor plan means its open to other areas and that makes it that much more of an eye-catching pleasure to enter and engage in conversation and cooking time with friends and family.

Definitely a great home and design! The style of the kitchen is dope but is very personal to the owner. My guess is this house is looking for that one buyer. For $2M, there are other options that are newer or build one. Good vid Chakits!!!

For 2 mil... the kitchen is a disappointment... the kitchen would be so much better if the cabinets were a matte black. 16:50 I would put in a pool or air hockey table and make that back part a liquor display room I would also get rid of the fireplace and that builtin. get rid of the shelving above it and put a fireplace under that counter top. 24:40 the lockable iron gate is GENIUS!!! lock it when you have an event and guests can wander through the house

Great video Chuck!!! This home really has it all for the price. The kitchen's red cabinetry is giving it the happy feelings that we all want in our homes and the backyard is a true oasis! The built in office furniture along with the outdoor misters takes this home over the top! Totally love all of the beautiful fireplaces and the flare that the home has naturally. Only drawback is the governing HOA. The fees in this community aren't actually that bad, it's the restrictions that are the hinderance.

It's very gorgeous my kind of space. Definitely could see my husband and I living here. Now we would definitely do upgrades to make it more modern and update. And I would definitely make that little space n the formal dining room to a wine cellar with that big bar n the living room definitely would need a wine cellar. And I would change that black and white back splash in the kitchen and go for maybe all white marble or something I don't fee that design goes with the color of kitchen cabinets so I would definitely have to change that. But overall lovey my kind of big spacious home. 👍

I really like this house. It’s got a lot of detail. The kitchen walls need paint. The cabinets can stay. The basin adjacent to the infinity pool looks gross. Can you imagine changing the battery of the fire detector in rotunda ceiling? One wrong step and you’re dead. The garage needs upgrade. If you have $2 million, you probably have a few nice cars.

It's a nice house, no doubt. But my mayor problem with these type of houses is that they take all of the lot size and they have no good space in the backyard. For 2 million and on top of that I got to invest more money to bring 100% to life, I rather look somewhere else. For 2-2.5 million you can find the same square footage house and more lot size in other places or cities. Probably even newer house and more modern. Like I said, is a nice house, not talking about that. Just saying the fact that there's better options out there for the same amount of money you can get more and a 100% house without investing more money on it. Edit: forgot to mention your videos are awesome, love them.

Sumeet Bal the reason it’s still on the market can be 1 of 3 things 1 PRICED TO HIGH BASED ON MARKET VALUE 2. Buyers are not able to get the loan due to the new rules of lending (higher down payment , higher credit score) 3. HOA IS TO HIGH

Thecashhousebuyersteam H I’m guessing number 1 which rolls into number 2. That house has been completely remodeled and I doubt many of the neighbors have been. So that would make a house those sizes any easy $300k to $400k+ price difference. So if the neighbors house was 1.6 and I had $400k more to drop on a remodel, I would definitely pick the cheaper one and choose the upgrades myself. Because there is gonna be such a big difference on the selling prices the bank definitely won’t appraise it for 2 mill. It’s funny just the taxes if broken down into monthly payments is the same amount as my monthly mortgage. One day I will be able to build something like this.

Sumeet Bal 95% of those finishes you are looking at are new. The main floors are the only thing that seem to be from 2002, but those may even be new too.

When you enterted the property by the sliding doors, I immediately realized the tinted windows would be a no from me, since it blocks natural sunlight from coming in and theres nothing better that a bright and light home! 🏡 😍 out of all of the houses your reviewed Id say this one would be the one Id be considering the most if I was to decide on buying a house, it truly is immaculate ( except the tinted windows ) 🥰

Wow! I think it looks perfect. and move-in ready. The only thing I would change is that first office which should be a bedroom. That kitchen is to die for. That looks like a movie star kitchen. And that balcony is like three other rooms. What a great house!

This home is the best home I"ve seen on your channel. IMO The way the stairs are tucked away with high ceilings, a seperate upstairs with gate. Large rooms. The court yard that's private. This home was reduced several times after you listed it and was sold recently for I believe 1.7 which is a fair price. The kitchen needs to go.

This is the best priced home I've seen on your channel even with the terrible kitchen color combo. This home has a lot of quality materials and amazing space for 1.95 million and will more than likely sell for less. All it really needs is paint, Ecobee 4 thermostats, and to be cleaned. I'd have PM done on the A/C, furnace, and pool pump and everything should be good to go. Oh, and turn one car space in the garage into a gym.

A buddy of mine is a certified Crestron programmer. He could easily bring that house current so you can operate everything from an iPad or iPhone. He recently did the penthouse at the Palms (he's good friends with Phil Maloof)

Lots of personality in this home. Courtyard, landscaping, closet systems, bathroom for each BR, and even a small outdoor kitchen! Lose the HOA and they'll get a buyer.

@Lynette I agree. My other pet peeve is the size of land its built on. Looks less than an acre, yet you need at least 3acres to really appreciate the beauty of this house.
