I walked through that model a few years ago, will never sell for 1.7 mil. You could of got the same model without all the upgrades and the same pool for under 980k

Everything is perfect.......except, needs one more bedroom in the main house. Casita is perfect for MOM visits. Love all the different sitting areas outside. You would never want to be indoors. Great job Chakits!!!!

A lot of gimmicks but when you come down to it, they are trying to sell a 3100 sq. ft. house for $1.7 mil. You can get a whole lot more house, a whole lot more features, and a whole lot more value for less money. BTW, love your videos.
