Here, the Brothers, Victor and Gwin, continue in their conflict. Gwin wanting a monopoly of Fried Rice and Victor rebelling.
Victor remains the PoV, with his inner conflicts being the main thematic material. At the end of this emotional and dramatic Movement, Victor officially declares war and builds a factory where he will mass produce Mutton Chops. He's aim - to thwart Gwin achieving total control over the world's food supply by out competing him.
