Alright so if that’s the home you purchased, I’m very excited for you! I saw so much potential in what Anthem was doing in terms of best bang for your buck. Amazing quality standards for the baseline package! Also not sure if you’ve heard but…Anthem purchased Cedarglen Homes last year! I’ve been told the consultation on getting started on their single family home division was from them. Keep me posted on your entire process! I’m very invested on seeing how they do.

@@lifeincalgaryab thank you, and yes crazy thing is we finalized the home almost 3 weeks ago and the base price have jumped up quite significantly. We feel excited and extremely lucky, we meet with the other two builders in the area. But Anthem was the one who came on top with base upgrades, and the upgrades we requested. Both in terms of quality and price. Let's say the same upgrades from the competition were almost double the price of and also the lot size 👀

I’m not even surprised at the price jump. That entire area near Belmont is really picking up. I’m noticing a lot of my clients are moving on from the hopes and dreams of waiting for lots in the NE/NW and grabbing opportunities in the SE/SW. I expect the growth to continue exponentially over the next 3 years! How has the sales staff been so far?

@@lifeincalgaryab my experience with the sales staff was overall good. Simple, on time response and fair negotiations. However, I have one problem so far. I have not been given a clear "next steps" guide. For example,I was told the timeline would be 10-12 months(for complete construction) and I would be contacted by the design team. That is all, I don't know when, or where. And what will be the next steps after. I don't know, maybe we are just excited and we are being impatient or they just don't have a clear guide. However, when I do reach out to them, they do respond on time.

@@shobhitdixit991 okay this is good feedback. I’ll check in with my other clients who just bought from them and keep an eye out. My assumption is the design team won’t reach out until they have at least started with foundation being poured. However, I will dig further with the sales center staff to figure out more details on timelines. Keep me posted!
