I love your tours of the homes you present to us, I especially appreciate it when you show the linen closets, maybe not important to most people but to me it is, as I presently rent a home without them. I don’t understand why the builders leave them out. Thank you again for doing this.

Thank you so much for the kind words! The way I've imagined these tours is to be a complete walkthrough tour as if you were there yourself walking through the home. For me, showing every possible detail gives you the best picture of the home or ideas of what you can do without actually being present there. Unfortunately, I've seen this time and time again. Was looking at Pine Creek but the that train track and train noise bug us a lot…. YMMV of course. Really cannot justify spending $1.4M on a property almost next to a train track. Wish they build the estate home on the west side of Pine Creek.

You know what? I’m with you on wishing it was in a better location for sure. However, for the time that I was there, I didn’t hear any trains at all. Now, how frequently they pass through is certainly a concern. I’ll dig further and get more information from the developer regarding this. Appreciate the feedback and thank you for watching!
