I actually managed to peacefully unify with Vlad in my recent Chita game - I guess all that matters to him is that the Romanov dynasty is restored (though quite frankly, his version of the Empire is probably in better shape than Mikhail’s)

@@ldudley2 There are many factors among them Mikhail's empire is either a military dictaroship let by old men or we dont know what happens if he overthrows the military dictatorship and unifies Russia,maybe going liberal/constitutional monarchy? (havent played chita so idk) Vlad's empire is stable,strong and has many ties,i played Vyatka and i must say that if you elect the conservatives then it feels like his empire will endure and might even make progress in other fields,i dont think Mikhail has what he needs to rule Russia which needs a heavier hand which Vlad has.
