Changed my life this man

My friend, Al, shelled out $32 American for an 7 lb. durian for me in Dallas asian market about 4 years ago. It tasted like peach parfait-it was wonderful. Al is from Cambodia.

Durian and jackfruit are both easily available fresh in Vancouver Canada as we have a large Asian population. Just ask at a Chinese owned produce store. They will know where to get it if they don't have it.

FYI……it’s strictly forbidden to take Durians into your hotel in Thailand, and most airlines will not carry them, even in the cargo hold, fact……it’s delicious but extremely fattening.
