psa: Anthony has been wearing a wig for his performances only for a month or two before leaving, because he had cut his own hair. Before that, Laurens's/Philip's curls were actually his :))
Thanks for posting this. I was confused as the ponytail and hair that I see in the Hamilton movie look so authentic. Nice to know it is. When he removed that wig, I hollered! LOL!
Beautiful moments. One of my favorite things, regarding the american theatre culture, that the whole cast and crew are so loving and respecting and supportive of each other!! (we often don't have that here in Hungary)
In a "Theater Gone Wrong" interview (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6La80o1HN0U.html), Anthony talked about how he got a new wig to wear for Hamilton and no one on the cast knew that first day he wore it. He was laughing so hard through two numbers on stage that the stage manager came out of the shadows from the side of the stage and told him to "get it together" threateningly. He got in trouble. 😂
