The one with Josh singing "Of answering, where's Darren? Or, where is Anthony?" is a little funnier with context. That was from a collab with the theatre group Starkid, who ALSO had a similar situation where a popular previous member (Darren Criss) had left the group. The Starkid fanbase ALSO similarly talks/jokes about it a lot, and some even insist Starkid was much better when Darren was there (sound familiar?). So the joke is less about 'haha we put it into a song' and more 'wow the EXACT same shit happened to both of our groups, huh?'
