It shocked me too! The others were all talentless scum who manipulated their way to celebrity just to abuse kids, but Rolf was a very talented individual who could draw/paint/play odd instruments and had been a champion swimmer in his youth, so this came as a shock and for ages I was sure they got it wrong about him, but apparently no! He was paedo scum as well?! Stupid twat had so much to lose being like that!!!!
I get the impression that there was a Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde quality about Harris. There are so many moments in his work where he seems like a genuinely kind person who liked people and had great talent but there was obviously a dark abusive side as well. It makes it all the more depressing in a way that he was so complex and not just a two-dimensional villain.
I mean ironic as you mention Jekyll and Hyde, the potion in the book doesn't change Jekyll personality just his appearance, so he can do the crimes he wants to commit, Hyde was just simply Jekyll in disguise.
I can’t believe this video was made and little did we know he was the one who was doing the abusing. I hope he doesn’t mean himself. Oh this video is close to the edge about where you’re touched.
@@SundaeRoast Yeah but the videos feature all the court details. That’s why I’m suggesting you watch them. So…you’re arguing the same thing as me in that go by the court details. The videos were saying that the court details don’t stand up. Obviously people will make of that what they will. It is true at least that he had a terrible defence in court & the YT channel is there to give him a better defence & I respect both sides of the argument of whether he’s guilty. The recent itv documentary obviously took the agenda he was guilty but there’s obviously two sides to it. The witnesses constantly changing the dates of assault for example. How do you explain that? Surely that means they are discredited tbf.
