Anti-LGBTQ+ Bill: Supreme Court hears Richard Sky and Dr Amanda Odoi's lawsuits 

I am still watching and learning, waiting for my turn.

I think the AG should have stated some of the possible ways that the bill could be a charge on the consolidated fund apart from the costs of the education he cited because i think that, that cost is not relevant(incremental) in this matter. I think that maybe we should make some amendment to the Article 108 because we cannot just accept anything as a people because it will prevent us from receiving aid or money from other countries

IS GODFRED DAME STILL HOLDING HIMSELF AS AN ATTORNEY GENERAL OF GHANA AFTER EMBARRASSING HIMSELF SOO MUCH?

We already know the end result. Why the waste of time?

Where the constitution or ßatute requires an action to be done on the fulfillment of condition precedents, then untill and unless those conditions precedent are fulfilled, any action taken is void and of no effect.

If this court upheld the injunction, then they have ursurp the powers of Parliament. A process where the president has not accented the bill, how then can you presume that the president will sign when the attorney General is the advisor.

I think the office of the A-G should be distinct from the office of the minister of justice . These offices collectively entrusted in one person, cannot promote justice.

So this govt essentially is saying that they cannot find money to keep the Anti Gay law but can find money for the national cathedral pit in the middle of Accra???

Even a 10 year old can predict the outcome of a case in this present judiciary if he knows the contenders affiliation to a political party.

Is the court superior than the voice of the people it was set up for? This is just a gentle reminder for the supreme court to consider the public's interest.

AG is getting it all wrong. If a charge on the consolidated fund can only by the President, the question is on whose behalf does the president exercise that responsibility? AG should be mindful the consolidated fund is created with the peoples taxes and the president is elected to disburse it on their behalf. The peoples parliament has spoken and the president need to listen.

All this people in the court are NPP wing. Expect nothing. It's just a waste of time. Judges whose judgement can be predicted by ordinary Ghanaians
