Whoever made the GameCube piracy screen is a goddamn genius, that was so believable it's insane. The music in particular was so GameCube I genuinely don't know if that was original music for this fan-made piracy screen or if that was taken from somewhere else in the GameCube system, but it's honestly brilliant.

I remember the first quarter of 2021 when anti-piracy screens were popular. Some were really well made, others weren't, and Beta Mario has archived these regardless of quality, just to prove the point that piracy is wrong.

I love how in the first one it feels odly real. They also give you a change to re-use your gamecube

Just a fair heads up, anti-piracy isn’t supposed to make a person scared, it’s supposed to prevent the pirate from playing the game, or in the very least tell them that what they’re doing is wrong. As high quality as these beautiful piracy screens are, this guy's clearly trying to capitalize more on them the more videos of them he makes. From being too lazy to give credits or links to the originals yet clearly giving all the links in the world to himself, even having the audacity to put in a subscribe cutscene in the middle of the video... I remembered when I was little. My mom bought pirated games so she wouldn't have to pay dearly for one (we didn't have a lot of money). It got me thinking. Imagine if one of those scary screens appeared to me when I was 5 or 6 years old, not knowing the game was pirated?
