When she said "don't encourage a broken system, change it" I smiled. I wish Tyra actually would watched these girls interviews and learn from them. They're all such queens!!

It was clear that Mr Jay hated Kelly, there's something odd with how Mr Jay treated her. Mr Jay is trying to blame everything on Tyra and he was part of the problem too

Never has there been a contestant suited so perfectly for lingerie, swimsuit modeling, cosmetics, skincare, etc.

The mistreatment of Kelle, Yaya and Tocarra was so disgusting to watch even as a 14 year old at the time. Cycle 3 was so toxic.

What Tyra did to the girls on the show were hundred times worse than what she accused Naomi had done to her. She was insulting the girls in front of the whole world with record😐

I always said that the models should all pick their own “best photo” as part of their education into modeling. That way they can’t blame anyone but themselves for the pic that is chosen. Having a good idea for a good shot is very important.

Jay Manuel was just as problematic as Tyra. The way he treated Kelle & Ann was just disgusting! I still remember when Kelle was like "Don't tell me i'm doing good if i'm doing bad." And he he went on this rant about how he was tired of talking to Kelle, tired of talking about Kelle etc.. and now he's on his Jay Chats acting all innocent and shit.

I hated how Kelle got accused of trying to act white back in the day! It annoys me how whenever a black person doesn't speak slang, listen to rap/hiphop etc that they are automatically trying to act white. It's 2020 and still to this day some blacks accuse their fellow blacks of this! Why can't people be individuals who like what they like?

I think she may be the best communicator of all the women now. her and Eugena. They just explain their thoughts and feelings so well.

I’m so glad that some of the antm girls are pushing Mr. Jay under the bus he threw Tyra under.

She's so gorgeous and what they did to her on the show was awful. She seems really career-driven and hardworking, too. Can't wait to hear what she has to say.

The way they treated her on the show was DISGUSTING. She's a beautiful woman and deserved way way better. They deliberately sabotaged her!

I’m glad some of the ANTM girls are speaking out about Jay Manuel as well. Love him, but I feel like he tried to do some damage control with his tell-all’s and fiction novel to avoid getting the same backlash as Tyra - even though at times he was just as problematic/messy as her.

God I love her. She was sooooo terribly misunderstood and poorly edited. But even a poor edit didn’t stop her humour and sweetness to come through.

I hope you’re able to get an interview with Toccara. She along with Kelly and a few other girls were constantly torn down. The way Toccara was treated NEEDS a discussion.

After rewatching season 3, they treated Kelle horribly. She was so beautiful and talented with a ton of confidence at the beginning. It really was sad to see how they broke her confidence. And, they picked the worst photos for judging.

Kelle is so self aware, intelligent, and empathetic. They really made her look tragic and incompetent. She’s very inspiring for anyone. But I am an empath myself, and the weight of the world can be on you-it’s really good that she focuses on inspirational living and self affirmation. Best wishes and blessings to her.

Kelle was a whole business owner and the girls couldn't handle that level of excellence and self reliance periodt. I know they must have felt some type of way seeing this girl with actual support and beauty deciding to be her best self without someone else's approval.

When I was a young girl watching ANTM, I wish I would have heard Kelle's full story instead of what ANTM cut it down to, "I'm like a white girl with a really good tan". That was a really good opportunity to give representation to other girls who could see themselves in Kelle, and a good learning opportunity for a white girl like me who grew up thinking racism was in the past. I just.... I'm disappointed in the producers. Kelle is amazing, and I got the chance to listen to her story now and I'm grateful for that. Amazing interview, thank you.

I apologize to Kelle. I couldn't stand her then. I realized that it was because I was jealous of her and her family's privileged financial situation. Point blank, people who do not like her is because it's just jealousy NOT her personality. She is a beautiful person within and out. Kelle I wish you all the love, happiness and blessings throughout your life. GOD chose you! Never let anyone put you down.

This girl deserves an apology from all of production, all of panel, and jay manuel himself because they dragged this girl through the mud on the daily for no reason. If your claim is that you wanna help girls that want to be models into the industry, then do that. They tore her confidence up and then sent her home. Did her so dirty, it’s hard to watch her moments in season 3.

I always felt that after Kelle's elimination, the judges decided to make Ann their next victim of not being photogenic.

One thing about cycle 3 is that besides Amanda, Eva and Yaya , all the girls crumbled under the pressure and let the competition as well as the judges break them down. From toccara, to anne, Nicole, Norelle and of course Kelle , their energies kept fadin up until they all got eliminated.

I foresee a class action lawsuit against Bankable Productions for intentional infliction of mental, emotional, verbal abuse and unsafe work standards, trauma, PTSD and general pain and suffering of the contestants...AND I THINK IT IS TOTALLY JUSTIFIED ESPECIALLY AFTER WATCHING ALL OF THESE INTERVIEWS!!!

I adore her. She seems so level-headed and sweet, and man was she gorgeous (and done dirty on the show). I love that she shouted out Toccara as her best friend in the house.

the most interesting part is how she mentioned they took MBTI personality test to be on the show! i wonder thats how they manage to have at least 2 clashing personalities in each cycle.

Kelle is a very beautiful woman! She also seems very intelligent, eloquent, and kindhearted. I’m white passing, but Tyra Banks and those judges were terrible to their contestants, particularly darker skinned women of color, who were very intelligent, eloquent, and well-educated. It’s like Tyra and those judges got angry that she didn’t fit the “ghetto” black stereotype.

The way they pushed her “i am hating being black” storyline was effed up

This was an Amazing interview!!! Kelle is a fine Black woman and I didn't ever think about it BUT now that it has been mentioned I DO think that they were purposely choosing bad photos of her! Like Keenya (cycle 4) has been saying its ALL POLITICS. Like Kelle said the show is hardly about Modeling its a damn reality tv show. That put so much in perspective for me, as a longtime ANTM fan. Tyra DEFINITELY was an antagonist and didnt wish these girls well at all. Cycle 3 is 1 of my favorite seasons, BUT now I see that they cast the season strategically. Kelle if youre reading this youre gorgeous AF and like you said everything happens for a reason. I have truly been uplifted by yoir words. Thank You!

What I'm gathering from all these interviews is that Janice Dickinson and Mrs Jay were consistent with treating the women like actual people when the cameras were off. I'm not all that surprised; I've always liked Janice. And of course Mrs Jay is Mrs Jay.

Yall dont know how much I appreciate kelle. She was the black girl I could relate to the most out of everyone on top model. Sometimes it's really hard to be a black girl/woman that doesn't satisfy peoples racist stereotypes it almost makes some people angry inside the black community and outside. Were called uppity or soft or weak. When we are just fully dimensional humans. I feel like people are always irritated when they cant force stereotypes upon us.
