Cause a designer is totally gunna put a model in a bubble that hides their clothes.... The show would have done a lot better and had more credibility if they offered real world examples of where this stuff happened.
Yes, there are shows like that, but it's mostly to help them walk. If they can't walk in the bubbles comfortably, they probably aren't fit to walk on runways
destinyawaitsx3 these shows are fast tracks to getting into a good modelling agency. While it takes an avg model years they only take 3 months tops. The ridiculous runways is to show industry people that if they can walk in those kinda runways, they can walk on reg runways.
Cheezukeyku lol no it's just done for ratings. the people who competed have already explained how all that shit was for ratings and had nothing to do with "real world experience." they're trying to make a good reality TV show, not an actually talented model. if they get both, cool. if not, they still get that TV check.
well some shows are in drastic settings to sell the clothes. they also have to wear the most absurd shit in their careers that will be hard to walk in. I think this whole show is meant to show that modelling isn't as easy as just walking down the runway.

I don’t even want to watch AGT anymore now that she’s the host on their cause she sucks at comforting people and is always trying to make things about her when it’s not. Obviously you all know nothing about runway walking, the pendulums were a test of balance and stamina, maintaining the same pace and timing it perfectly so that you can walk through both without a painful crossing and still model at the end of the catwalk.
Unless they're physicians they can't do it every time flawlessly, they have to account for how long it'll take to reach the pendulum at perfect motion and account for the loss of energy and they also have to keep track of time to make sure the pendulum wouldn't hit them
I'm sure these girls needed counseling after this. Putting ur heart out for something, being embarrassed, laughed at, judged and critiqued for only your appearance, then sent home... like damn😕
