He actually lowers the dps of the dot, but has higher uptime. Idk, someone needs to do calculations if it's better to pair Grace with Anton or a different DPS. In my opinion, having only one element in your team makes you weak against resistant foes, having different elements to swap in seems smarter.

Some mechanics info not covered in the video and an idea, untested at endgame but it's how I play. 1) Anton has an Infinite Energy tech with his C1 unlocked: Whiff Strike 1 (punch) Strike 2 (Drill) Strike 3 (Drill) Perfect Dash attacks and Swap into Parry will also be Drill attacks. As long as you don't connect with a non-drill attack, he will keep generating energy. Sweetily on YT has a video explaining the tech. On to a theorycraft/something I am doing: I play with a team of Lucy, Ben, Anton. The most important part here is Anton and Ben (Seth may be good here as well, we don't know his kit yet). The playstyle is using shielding for more flexibility to facetank during drill channeling. Anton is pretty fragile, but the shield can make up for that and you benefit from using perfect dodges on him. Also consider the tank W Engine "Spring Embrace" for even more energy regen. It's an option. If Seth's kit synergizes properly, I plan to run a double tank team with Anton.
Quick Assist can be trigger with most support char (like Rina) "EX -e-", as a follow up, so Starlight Engine is Ok is that regard. ;) You can even when performing a team chain attack, finish with your support do an extra quick assist with anton. ^^
just imo for skill priority rather than covering core skills which everyone wants all maxed whenever possible regardless, the priority of the actual skills like basic/special attack, ultimate leveling priority would be more helpful since some characters dont really need to level some of their skills at all. imo for anton you probably just max the basic, ult then special attack in that order, the other 2 are nice but not really necessary
Sooooo....where is the skill priority? You only mentioned core skills. Also, didn't touch on whether spamming his E is a valid option rather than doing the hold left click combo.
Lucy guide would've been nice, she seem a promising character. I was wondering whether she can be turned into DPS, as her piglets do a decent amount of damage
She's literally a "one-girl army". She NEEDS lots of ATK and CRTs so she can baff her team and piglets. Of course it also makes her a great DPS. And her ult has one of the biggest DMG multipliers in game
piledriver attack is both his special and his 4th basic attack, as well as his dodge attack, quick assist... anything that has piledriver in its move counts for both the mindscapes and his passive

soooo what's the skill priorty? he just talked about how the energy doesnt drop if you dont hit something and he just read the core skills stats bonus. i watched the skill priority section like 5 times and got more confused. lol i do know basic attack is a priority and other guides said u should level up dodge last but when i saw the dodge counter damage multiplier at level 10, it's 847% with a daze multiplier of 495.8%. is 847% low lol. many also saying u should level up ex special attack like, u only press that if u want to go burst mode. when i play him atleast. u dont press it again when ur doing your combo in burst mode. but idk. i just want to know the skill priority because i want to save chips for my grace too. i guess i'll just max the skills i know i use the most. ba = ult > dodge > special atk = switch
A question. What are your thoughts in Soukaku as a main dps? Or is Lycaon better as an ice dps? I have both but I'm trying to save so I don't want Ellen.
Soukaku enhances herself to become stronger. However her c6 enables her to have some insane multipliers. Lycaon just makes him a better stunner. Although I'd suggest Corin as an attacker for that team.

im planning on building two early teams consisting of Anton/Koleda/Rina and Zhu Yuan/Anby/Nicole. Do you think these teams, with enough investment, can clear the end game modes?
About his sig weapon, I'd say the main drawback is how it makes him less flexible, as you lose a lot of damage when you swap when his skill is not over, and go back to him after. If you do it when the enemy is stun, with the chain attack he'll get the buff again, if you need to play him outside of bursts, he'll actually lose a lot of damage.
Ive been kinda concerned about his non burst mode... So if I stun someone early then do all my prep for Anton and he doesn't have his burst, is it still worth pounding away with those physical basics or should I just stay on my other teammates for that higher damage while I wait? Anton is fun but that one caveat is so annoying
I've been playing an electric and let me tell you, he's basically always going to have charge to use. And when you use it up, switching him out isn't bad because you can parry and get either of his chain attacks that do massive damage and aoe to start even more chains or kills mobs outright , then start him up again.
Generally you shouldn't be in that situation in the first place, but if you do swap off it happens. You can use your ult if you have it at least, but then swap afterwards. This is why energy regen is high priority in his kit, pretty equal to getting a good crit ratio. Imo, you just need his signature weapon or ER 6 piece if you run Grace or Rina with him. Personally have no issues with ER with just that and no subs. If it does happen, it might be because you overextended on a previous rotation and then stunned the enemy fast. It's better to just stop attacking with him when the stun ends. You lose more dps in the long run.
I'd say, as long as he's in burst mode and has charge to spare, he'd generally outperform other Stun/Sup in terms of damage and anomaly per second, but when he's dry - just keep him off the field, or make sure he'll be the one doing assists for your opener. I'd recommend to use Anby for opener, as she does energy generation for the team and her raw attacks are generally more useful to pacify targets and quickly launch assist chains, or Nicole, who also shreds enemy def and bunches them up for good drilling£ing.
Have you pulled Ellen? If you have, might actually be an option, since A rank weapons have a very high drop rate. Otherwise, might not be a good idea, especially if you're f2p
No matter what I do, Anton does no damage...Ex + normal, his assist or even ult, the dmg just never catches up for Anby for some reason?? and he's moves exposes him for so long, he often takes dmg from either arena raps or red-attacks.
@@hamutasa3 mid-fight numbers float too quick, i gauge by hitting same enemy with diff char and anby manage to finish her combo quicker with more enemy HP taken off. Also any seem to have wider attack area, whilst anto's Ex sometimes completely misses the mob right next to the target.
i have 2 accs one with grace(lost on ellen banner) and koleda but its level 32 and 1 acc that has nekomada and got koleda in 1 multi on ellen banner and is acc level 25 which should i use
Just choose the character playstyle you like the most because gacha games doesn't have a true endgame anyway and even then the rewards for the endgame isn't worth your sanity and dedication, you won't be missing out alot even if you didn't do any of the endgame stuff trust me because gacha games are luck based. played a gacha genre for a decade by now i just know
