He knew that AB was hurt just not that he wasn't going in because of the injury. If BA is telling the truth, then AB is assuming that people can magically read minds, or is claiming that he said that he was injured in that moment. Either way one is misleading if not lying in those claims. I'd bet on AB lying because of his track record with misleading ppl (fake vax, general attitude with steelers and raiders), but we won't know for sure until audio comes out from that convo.

And it all went down in the 3rd quarter too. A lot of the timing fits.
