I used to watch your “how to study effectively” videos when I was in high school! I even wrote “there’s nothing you can’t learn” on my wall with a sharpie😂. I’m in a psych nurse practitioner program now! It’s so nice to see you complete this journey especially since you’ve helped so many of us along the way.
Hi Dr. Tooley! I’ve been following you since I was a first year in college and now I’m a first year medical student!! Thank you for all you’ve done, your videos are so helpful and motivational :)
I cannot wait to see a video from you saying “finally done!!!!” I feel like ur always studying without breaks and you have 1million exams lol 😩 love you girl I been following you for YEARSSSS
I can’t believe I used to watch your videos before I got into med school, now I’m final year and you are doing coming to the end of your ophthalmology training! Time flies!!!
I really love the app Flora for setting a timer and completing a task. It has really helped me stay focused in school... I tend to get distracted easily!
Good luck Dr Andrea. I think your mind is now totally set on those Rocky hard plastic cases that takes you 9 HOURS. I'm sure you will pass the boards you are smart hard working doctor.
I'm so glad you passed! I have followed you since your intern year and have incorporated so much of your study methods (white board, question/answer format study guide) How often do you have to take your boards or be recertified? Hope you did a reaction video on your test results
Hello Dr. Tooley, I was wondering if you still do interviews with medical/healthcare practitioners,? If so, I was wondering if there is anyway you’ll be able to set up an interview with a medical practitioner who is dealing with having some sort of speech impediment and how they are able to navigate their way through the healthcare field while having a speech disability (whether that a Physician, PA, NP, etc.). If so that’ll be greatly appreciated! I struggle with a speech impediment known as stammering and I am wondering is it possible to be a successful physician with a speech disability? Thank you so much for you time! -Bree
I hope you can answer this for me. I’ve been looking to get LASIK done however I’m hesitant due to if there were to be complications. Also I’ve heard if your vision progressively get worst every 2-3 years I would have to get glasses again after a few years. Your thoughts?
