Anxiety and Depression - This is my story and how I managed to get back on track.
I hope this video finds people well that are going through tough times and helps them gain control of their life again.
Try doing these list if you're feeling anxious, stressed and or depressed:
-Take a time-out
-Eat well-balanced meals
-Limit alcohol and caffeine
-Get enough sleep
-Exercise daily
-Talk to someone
-Distract yourself
-Set small daily goals
-Go see a Doctor
-Be patient

Thank you for making this video. I think it's such an important topic and I know it will help so many others. I find taking care of my body also helps take care of the mind and I you said, anything to get those happy hormones going. I try to exercise and climb a lot when I'm feeling down and recently have gotten into zen philosophy and meditation and it's been an incredible difference! Hope you continue on the up and up friend!

I still not sure how I feel about putting out this video but if it helps people then its worth it. One of my best mates who I relate with well has to live day to day with a medical serotonin deficiency, so he inspired me to do more towards mental health awareness. I am doing a lot better after the last few rocky months. A lot of that was down to changing up my life style, mindfulness & meditating on things, acceptance and focusing on going forward. Motivation to do exercise or most simple things when your severally depressed can't be really difficult. I myself had a whole month when I didn't even leave my flat. For anyone else going though this I would say speak out, seek professional help, and break every task down to smaller one to make things more manageable.. Thanks for your support Climber Girl, it means a lot.. "You gotta keep on climbing!" :)

I think this took courage. Congratulations for that. And thank you for putting out sound advice like “get help”, “see a doctor”, “don’t self-medicate” and so on. I wish you good times and lots of strength!

Depression is a common and serious health problem that triggers us to have negative emotions. I personally believe that those two help the most: exercise and being grateful for what you have got; Glad you made it, hope this video helps someobody. Thanks for the share.

Your so right and not to mention spending time away from the cities, just spending time almost nature. Thank you for your support, it means a lot!
