Anxiety and Depression - This is my story and how I managed to get back on track.

Try doing these list if you're feeling anxious, stressed and or depressed:
-Take a time-out
-Eat well-balanced meals
-Limit alcohol and caffeine
-Get enough sleep
-Exercise daily
-Talk to someone
-Distract yourself
-Set small daily goals
-Go see a Doctor
-Be patient
