BINGO. The case should be moved at least two counties away. That's simple justice. What is wrong with that judge?

The residents reached out to the prosecutor who reached out the lead detective of the Idaho 4 case. It’s still bad and the trial should be moved.

I live in Moscow. I’ve been following the case from day one. I’m biased against BK, Based on the evidence I know of, I think he did it. And more evidence will be forthcoming. I don’t believe he was framed. I think there was his DNA was on the sheath because he accidentally left it there.I don’t think BK is so deviously clever that he couldn’t make a mistake. I believe the prosecution can prove with video and phone pings that his Elantra was at the crime at the time of the murders. Changing the venue won’t alter the facts in the case. Bias either way can’t be eliminated by asking potential jurors questions. Some people will lie to get on the jury; some will lie to get off it. For sure, a change of venue will greatly increase the expenses Idaho taxpayers will have to pay for. And BK will get a new cell to inhabit and new set of cons to avoid. I say avoid because convicts have their own rules for dealing with newbies, especially those with quasi-superstar status like BK. Instead of stargazing, BK had better watch his back. The defense should be careful what they wish for. Anyway, a pox on BK! I hope he has fun awaiting his dark destiny.

@@lyndaalbrecht7006 -- Well, regardless of where the trial is held, you should not be on the jury. That's not to insult you: you read the news and you have taken a firm decision. Bias can be reduced but in the real world most jurors assume a defendant is guilty. Effectively the defendant has to prove his innocence. Changing he venue doesn't cost much. Either way the government pays the cost of the courtroom, and the folks that keep it working. It's likely to be cheaper to house the defendant "in the middle of nowhere" than a university town. During a trial he will not be in a state prison but in a county jail. These still are dangerous in larger cities and when there are "regional jails" they can be dangerous. But in a small town jail, he would be safe.

Their beef should be with the Judge and the prosecution. Had reasonable defense requests been honestly addressed and the trial moved two counties away, the trial by now would have been completed.

Least firm judge I’ve ever seen in a high profile case. He just wants to listen without making any decisions ever. Bryan is laughing in his mind during these hearings and that isn’t the note you want to start a serious trial like this on.

Kohberger suffered the most out of all victims. its a crime he spends one day in jail

@@melissabaliva2989 -- Both a new judge and a change of venue would improve he appearance of due process. That that is being resisted means than the prosecution isn't even willing to pay lip service to due process. If the guy is convicted "locally," he odds are even a higher court (even the SCOTUS) might grant him a new trial in a different venue. With he passage of time, the state might not be able to make any reasonable case. The smart thing for the prosecution would be to give the defense what it wants for a quick trial and eliminate any chance for a successful appeal if they get a conviction.

This case is known across the US thanks to social media, where are you going to move the case where it won’t be biased?

@@brown_eyed_girl Are you arguing to let him off because he can't get a fair trial? He must have a fair trial don't you think? Or are you content to have a biased jury bring a verdict? As far as I can see the only hope for a fair trial is a new venue. I'm in favor of a fair trial period. A fair trial might be a legal requirement. I honestly don't believe a fair trial is impossible somewhere in the country. I'm for a new venue.

@@hermenutic what I’m saying is, he absolutely needs a trial but unfortunately the way social media has evolved, there is no place in the US that isn’t following this case making it next to impossible to have an unbiased trial no matter where it is being held. Is it fair? Absolutely not but it IS the current circumstances of the case. You can move the case wherever you want-everyone knows BK and this the Idaho 4.

@@brown_eyed_girl Sorry for misunderstanding. I don't like Donald Trump. But if I was on his jury I would be fair. I wouldn't want anyone in jail unless guilty. I can't believe I'm the only person in the country like that. Tell me, do you think most people become hopelessly biased from the news? I'm not one of them so I disagree. I don't think everyone that hears the news becomes hopelessly biased unless they simply 'believe' the news is always right. As far a kholberger goes. I'm interested to see if his alibi raises reasonable doubt then I can decide. Evidence is only presented at trial to the jury. As a result no evidence is available to make a judgement on yet. And wouldn't it be something if his alibi provided reasonable doubt when the jury gets to hear it? I still believe if I don't have an opinion on guilt or lack of guilt that there are others that feel that way too. He must have a trial. Thank you replying I just waiting to see what it turns out to be.

Well, perhaps the problem is that the defendants aren't being treated with basic fairness.

⁠@@GilmerJohnhe’s being given the royal white glove treatment when he’s accused of something that makes him VERY VERY dangerous, yet the taxpayers pay for his suit for every minor hearing and has no shackles on or cops around him. He looks like he can pull a red bundy in that courtroom and run out if they were sloppy enough. This whole case is a disgusting joke towards the families and the victims. I’m usually not one to go out of my way to be vocal about that, but Jesus Christ!

It’s not fair. More consideration has been given to BK than the victims families combined

@@user-tq8ug2to6b all the evidence are pretty clear and points to BK's innocence - confirmed no stalking per prosecution - "bushy eyebrows and fit" is not an eyewitness identification, fits 80% population - wrong car model - his car or phone was never identified near the home - his phone ping proved to not align with his car per PCA - none of close circle had any alibi either. almost no can can provide alibi at 3 am - phone ping NEVER showed BK was ever near the house in his entire life - zero connection to any victims - zero victims DNA in car or living square, which confirmed to be impossible per ex LE - zero BK DNA left as the result of vicious struggle - 3 unidentified DNA points to real perpetrator -strangers trace DNA thats found in every home, which explains a spec of BK’s trace DNA -KBar sheath not proven to relate to this crime, a sheath never harm a human in the history of time - No sane jury would believe the bizarre 7 min superhuman ninja assassin narrative - BF's exculpatory evidence and that completely contradicts DM - latent shoe print showed wrong size and shows to be a sign of clean up

@@Chaseh1616 prosecutors admitted they lied, an he wasn’t even in area an has no ties with any of them; just one finger print on knife no DNA at scene, I would be worried that 4 people are getting away with this horrific crime
