Most notable ones at my school were, an inflatable boat, a mailbox, a wheel barrow, plant pot WITH a tree in it, birdcage, one of those bouncy toys you can seat a baby in, and literal siblings. People brought their little siblings to school to carry their stuff-
@@BooLadou lol everyone thinks their school sucks! It might tbh, but I bet you'll miss it when it's all over. I often do, despite the literal hell I went through. But it's mostly the people I miss..
meanwhile my school threatened witholding diplomas when someone snitched that our senior prank was gonna be storybook time in the commons in our pj's during free period 🙃
dude what. How in the world is that bad. (also, ours got canceled because a high school nearby took it too far and basically trashed the entire school, and it's now closed due to a dangerous amount of fire extinguisher particles in the air)
For our senior prank, our new principals motto was “Good, clean fun,” so my senior class filled his office with packaged bars of soap to donate to the homeless 🧼 as well as filling some hallways with balloons 🎈. (Some seniors got in trouble for zip tying freshman lockers). The irony? That principal resigned a couple years later after he was caught having an affair with the secretary (aka the superintendent or some higher up’s wife).
we had one of these at my school and the best ones i saw were: -3 different lawnmowers (1 of which was turned on during lunch) -a spare tire -a beer pong kit (folding table and a bunch of red solo cups) -a pressure cooker from the 1970s -a (miniature) piano -a piano chair and, my personal favorite, an *entire fucking copy machine*
My school did this....here are the best A cat carrier (complete with a stuffed cat)(aka mine) A microwave Many traffic cones A wheel barrow and plant And tackle box.
It’s so wholesome how she finds everything everyone brought so funny and how everyone with someone that rolled carried their buddies through the hall as well
Our school recently stopped allowing backpacks and let me say that the first few days were chaotic 😃 the ones I can remember are: a whole microwave, a popcorn machine, a kangaroo onesie with a pouch, many shopping carts, and a fish tank. People are so creative lmao Edit: I forgot to mention~ you guys know those toddler toy cars that are like red and yellow and you push them yourself from like the inside? Yes.. someone brought one of those
I fucking love this at my school. One kid brought in a wagon, someone else had a grill, another person had a microwave, one of my friends had an metal AED box, and some kid had a fucking Christmas tree. Can’t forget the plenty of people who brought in siblings.
That dog may actually have been a legitimate service dog. Only task trained service dogs are allowed in public. Meaning schools are only allowed to have service dogs. It won’t be a pet.
My school did that this year and this one kid brought a microwave. My man came prepared with macaroni and popcorn and he started cooking up a storm when he plugged it in at lunch by the vending machines. He literally yelled, "Anybody want some popcorn!?" and he just walked around and served people food the whole period. So funny :P
The most notable ones I saw was a stolen roadside traffic cone, an entire Christmas tree, a dunebuggy made from scrap or some sorts, a snowblower, and though not let onto the school, a freshman brought an entire door. Edit: Guy behind me brought a toaster oven that worked, another brought a skateboard that got confiscated, and though I didn't see it, a canoe.
My schools most memorable ones were - an entire non rolling filing cabinet ( dude carried it down the hallway) -A rolling filing cabinet -spare tire that someone also rode in - mini strollers everywhere
the most notable one for us was one kid brought a whole grill to school and drug it around all day (mind you our main campus has a lot of stairs, most buildings are multi-story) plus he's in my jrotc class; ended up leaving marks on the floor right outside the room and had to mop them up
Aww I'm so happy for them everybody seems to be having such a good time. Even though I'm sure they have their own cliques and groups for a day they got to appreciate each other just for creativity and wit. Love this idea wish we had that at our school
we had some pretty funny ones. I remember one person brought a janitor bucket (with the mop). There was also a couple car tires? Some other notable ones were a bird cage, a kayak, and hobo sack, and a garbage bag wrapped over something that made it look like a body. My brother forgot until the morning of so he literally just wrapped a trash bag over his backpack and cut holes for the straps.
Here’s a great idea, 2 shopping carts tied to each other (or more than two if your friends come along. One has books and stuff while the other has you. A lot of remote controlled cars tied at the front and then you have a remote controlled shopping cart car.
My desk neighbor did that and picked me up the way a groom/bride/spouse would hold a groom/bride/spouse to place me in the cart for my birthday as a surprise
Man… this makes me realize how much my school sucked lmao, no field trips for anyone other than the football team, and no special days like this one. Hell I imagine if we did have a day like this they’d expect normal things and if you brought anything other than a suitcase they’d send you home….
@@jordanmadden7388 no they didn’t lmao I had to pay to eat there and if i didn’t pay they withheld my diploma, I also had to pay just to park there soo….
My school sucked except for one day where they gave out free pizza. The naruto runner kid jumped from the second story. That was the highlight of my HS career
At my school the no backpack day is literally today and I brought my things in a plastic cat cage thingy, while I also saw somebody that just carries everything around the school with her bike. Also some senior brought a remote controlled car and taped his stuff to it.
I was impressed by the squatted and lifted shopping carts. You can tell they put time and effort into those ones. That was cool to see everyone's imagination and effort to make this fun. That was cool
This is such a creative spirit day theme, I wish we'd had this when I was in high school. I do remember during standardized testing I would bring my water bottle and a book to read, wrapped up in my pillow pet so I had something to nap on after I finished.
I remember the first time my school did this: - a man brought a microwave and started selling popcorn during lunch - One of my classmates brought an old barrel that had been repurposed into a functioning cooler - Someone had a spare tire - I swear there was someone who brought one of those wood/faux wood load-bearing forklift things you see in home depot & Costco but it had wheels and a handle that had very clearly not originally been there - Literal motorized dog house - remember those rectangular scooters from elementary? Someone played constructabot with those & duct tape and it worked apparently - Ongod there was one person with a wooden hollow giant d20 that opened on the 20 side and he had all his stuff in there
I think my high school would’ve gotten mad if everyone started bringing in crazy things like that. Unless it’s like a thing that the high school wants you to do but idk why they would do that
Ones at my school were: shopping carts, a wheelbarrow, the mascot head, a giant water bottle (imagine how they got their notebooks in there), a dismantled fan, their ACTUAL dog that had a strap-on backpack attached, luckily i think it only had small things in it, their little sister who carried all their stuff, and last but not least, the guys who set up an actual camp site, with several lawn chairs, dressed in tux, a rescue manikin, and were playing classical music
I can't remember who, but a guy in my Interior Design class brought one of those red and yellow plastic cars for toddlers. He pumped it out with LED lights, a Bluetooth speaker, and a makeshift motor so he could drive it. We thought there was no way he could fit in such a small thing but at the end of class, there he went, zooming down the hall in a toddler car
If I were at a school that did this, I would probably try one of these: -Bring a speaker, sunglasses, and my brothers mini tesla. Be swag -Attach my stuff to a fishing rod -Encase my stuff in a pillow cube and drag it around
I had a day like this at my high school. Someone came in full Tanjiro cosplay from Demon Slayer, someone strapped a locker to their back, someone actually got someone to dress up in a secret service suit and follow them around with their books in a briefcase and ask them for it whenever they needed something
Oh, I loved this day at my school! We had a lot of coolers and pet carriers, some of the most notable ones were a microwave, two wheelbarrows, a fertilizer dispenser, a tire (tire kid got in trouble though 😔), a children’s tent, and a whole fucking couch, hoping they do it again next year
Honestly valid, and it was a small couch, maybe two-three cushions long, and they just carried it around. I didn’t have any classes with them that day so sadly didn’t get to see the full logistics of it
This is what makes high school impactful. The memories of doing epicly uncommon things with peers. I hope by senior year even the bullies and bullied can find peace and equality enough to not hurt each other. Most of our class came together the last year and reduced the drama a lot, which let us befriend people we never talked with right before leaving. Learning the respect of our differences was impactful for a lot of us. I hope we continue to grow as a country.
Yeah i had one of those last minute brotherhood... My class was the rejects. Basically they took the worst kids from every classes and gather us in one class. Everyone have their own gangs and clicks from their previous classes, so we never really hang out together. But at the very end of our senior year, one of the thugs was like "hey let's do some shit together for once". So we did plenty of shits, and found out that we rejects actually go really well together. The car guys took everyone for a ride. The band guys made the gang members sing. I made out with a hot chick that never even looked at me. It was pretty awesome, somebody said "we should've done this a lot sooner", and everybody kinda regretted that we didn't. But hey, better late than never. I know nobody asked but i had fun remembering those times and writing this comment. Y'all have a great life!
Soy, that was my point too. It was awesome to experience that community and the lack of negativity that usually came from our differences getting in the way. Defos inspired me to live more equally, help others out as a community, and hope for another place with people like that around. It’s so worth to experience and learn from. I hope you and others find more peaceful relationships. I strive to work together with my loved ones so we are successful, and fail, without personally created issues. Forgive, understand, work it out together.
I remember someone brought two identical ice boxes and would go to random students and ask them to pick one, one box contains sodas and one box contains books, if you chose the right one (aka the soda box) you get a soda, but if you chose the wrong one you get candy. If you want to go again, you'll have to solve a question. I remember even the teachers joined in. Fun time. 😂
THAT'S SUCH A LONG HALLWAY NEAR THE END @ 3:05! 😰 I'm so jealous of this school as I never knew you can bring silly items from home and show them off as a little parade inside the building as it's so cool to see the principal and the district to allow something like this. If I were a decade younger and can reassign to another school for my senior year, this would be the school for me! 😇 Also, the girl giggling in the background as she was a lifesaver filming something so priceless like this made my afternoon as I couldn't stop giggling myself as she sees the reactions of the students walking by as they have their parade. 😆
I felt the same way I love when she saw Her ppl she was calling out their names and it made it so sweet and authentic. I love all the creative silly things the kiddos brought!! Lol 😂 Good Luck with everything to the nicest kid filming this!
One guy in my year (I transferred to a different school) raised goats. For senior prank, he used pet-safe fur paint to mark four goats as 2,3,5, and 7. He *tried* to get them to run loose. But they were scared, and stuck with him. The security guard spent all day trying to find 1,4, and 6… which did not exist
This reminds me of my school doing this during Senior Week. Almost all the shopping carts were confiscated by 2nd period because our school is multi story and has tiny ass hallways. Other than that, there were smaller carts, a rice cooker, and someone brought their little sister as their backpack 😭
This is so cool, the most creative thing when we had this was my friend brought an air frier. But, alas, that was only middle school. Anything but a backpack day is definitely something I would look forward to in college
props to the guy bringing a whole arse washing machine.... but i remember some dude in my school bringing those mini toy houses you see at ikea- like the was his girlfriend inside of it...
We did this at my school, we had: 3 shopping carts that did a race at lunch 2 canoes An inflatable pool toy Many, MANY coolers Lots of instrument cases and suitcases I’m pretty sure one kid brought an emptied out jar of mayo 2 fishbowls Someone tied a kiddie pool to a string and dragged it around 4 microwaves Strollers. So many strollers
This happened at a school my friend went to, he said he brought a rolling table that had a GameCube and a tv on it with melee, wish my school did this.
We had sum like this at our school and my highlights were: -A huge wooden Kayak - One of those massive charcoal grills - The little Tikes electric car - A Barbie mobile - A large rolling cabinet -And a bio hazardous trash can 🤣🤣🤣
I Honest don't remember much about the most notable things when they did this at my school, but I know everyone got a Crack out of this one girl bringing in a laundromat cart with the metal things that hang over it. Someone also had a Peppa Pig Piñata which I found very funny
Man, I wish my school woulda let us do something like this. If they found out anyone did something like this, they’d suspend them. My school isn’t exactly the fun type. They wouldn’t even let us seniors do a senior prank where we would be camping in the parking lot over night.
