I do like the idea of throwing in a bunch of mini-factions with their own quirks. Makes me think of Vampire the Masquerade, and would go a long way in making the city seem larger and chaotic.

When you pulled up the Toll Taker's sheet I had to do a double take. The calligraphy makes the T's and L's kinda look like C's

Homebrew showcase? I am sold. The vindicators seems alright mechanically, but I can't help but notice how they don't follow the undeads/necromancer style

Could you ask the people on the discord if the Vindicators are a reference to Project Moon? I ask because in the PM universe, there is a crime syndicate known as the Middle, and they seem to have a lot in common with the Vindicators... Which is awesome!

*Some Cross-Analysis of Lilystone* Lilystone seems very tuned to counter ranged builds in theory - except the vast majority of these setups already have Lines/Splashes/Being Banshee that bypass one of its major gimmicks. Its other gimmick of Hollows, without specific unit setups, also lacks any payoff other than clogging up the map since hollows can't intrinsically deal damage. All that said, I think Lilystone is _workable,_ but the setup is very contingent on being really careful. This Lilystone build was leaning heavily on making Hollows work, and for that to really pay off, the prime sources of damage-buffing them on the team: the Harlequins with Stinging Trick, needed to survive. As soon as Turn 3 had rolled by and the Harlequin used taunt, it basically was all downhill, and optimally it's an act you'd want to use before moving so as to maximize distance between itself and its target. Given all that, Palm Game itself is a big gamble and probably one of the only ACTs I've seen that has a chance to do absolutely nothing - so altogether that's already a problem; a Horror that isn't actually encouraged to do Horror things if it charges in too fast. Forge Alchemist's loadout is interesting - honestly if I were playing the faction I would've taken my first turns using these guys to build up the Lead to Life engine or channeling up Dragoon, or heck even the Harlequin so that they can position for blocking enemy movement (even if the +1D isn't even relevant to them... Unless it does apply to Palm Game which honestly maybe it should for synergy?) Its Anvil Familiar upgrade, insidiously, needs 2 Vulnerable on a target to overcome things with PHYS - one to trigger the effect and another to increase the resulting damage. The Dragoon really didn't have much to do with the core gameplan this loadout was going for, except maybe to draw attention off the other units. So, that said, was honestly a bit odd it somehow ended up with the Lich and ran off elsewhere. I think if a Lilystone Player just wanted to have a fairly conventional opening experience that focused on offense they'd probably want to bring along 2 Dragoons. Armament in particular looks like it's going to carry offensive opening plays, but otherwise it seems like if it actually manages to survive then its Fen Lurker can do lots of work. Otherwise, I think using 2x Drowned Armors honestly could've made a bit more sense for more overall SOULs and Hollows. The Lich's gimmick is honestly probably the biggest issue/learning curve here and poses a massive positioning and HP challenge compared to most other factions. Coat of Arms needs really good positional/HP awareness of your targets to pull off correctly, and honestly the game plan for how this team used/upgraded the Lich wasn't doing it favors: Spawn Minion is already something that the Forge Alchemist does, and both Wightblade and Touch of Annihilation are quite risky for similar reasons why Coat of Arms is. Rise From Your Graves is a decent expedient way to get lots of hollows - but again, much of how effective that is is contingent on supporting units like the Harlequin surviving. On the flipside, options like Danse Macabre (seems REALLY important if you want to use Harlequin Taunt optimally), Reform Rank, and Subterranean Ambush all seem very useful to the Lilystone gameplan and help mitigate probably the once-again big problem of the faction - they are a positioning-heavy house that can be punished extremely quickly if they misstep, so having as many options that bolster action-economy while keeping the Lich safe is paramount.

Hmm.....is it sorta like official homebrew? Or is is purely third party? I personally don't feel the most favorable towards homebrew for stuff.

I'll be honest here; given that I'm still absorbing the ins and outs of the base game factions, a double homebrew faction fight left me tuning out halfway through the video. Left this comment to support the channel, but meh.
