I hope A total ban doesn't happen and if so, the Already licensed DJ, I. Will be grandfathered in. If I did have to get this, at least my mavic 3 batteries and nd filters Would work on this. No geo fence is cool. I know the camera is the same 4/3 sensor Hopefully it's still hassleblad. Two of my main concerns are does it have hyperlapse mode and way points with it. And does it have night mode that takes the noise out of the night footage automatically in drone software. Also quick shots.

I don’t think the batteries from DJI will be compatible. They look the same and will fit, however, the software will not allow it to work.

Sure, you would save money in relation to what a Parrot, Teal or Skydio would cost for most of the same features. I think the Raptor T is $7699, right?

Anzu reached a licensing deal with DJI to manufacture the Raptor drones in Malaysia, using the core design and internal chipset of the DJI Mavic 3 platform. He could then import and sell the drones in the U.S. under the Anzu Robotics brand.

This is a sad and pathetic. they removed geo fencing, paint it green, and gave it new name. Then they want to screw the consumer by charging you $1,500 more.
