all that this civ needs is less cost on cisterns. It slows you down drastically early game or just buff the stones per building.

for the damage reduction question, if it was 5 damage shield wall would reduce it to 2.5. The damage calculations do use floating point numbers but it doesn't show on the damage tooltip. Thats why you will occasionally see a unit survive with 0hp.

Byzantine is very helpless against early aggressive civs or maybe i just cant be aggressive early on😂🤷🏻‍♂️ anyways happy newyear everyone and that monument is for sultans ascent
