Well probably all depending on the budget, but probably the harbinger seems to be the best value for the money in terms of what you get and what you could build out of it. I´m currently in the dilema of getting the start collecting khorne or slaves to darkness, khorne seems like the better choice but then marauders and lots of other heroes open up alot of possibilities for salves to darkness, what do you think about the topic?
