You should try and play Kha'Zix with: Summon Aery, Mana Reflow Band, Transcendence and Scorch. As for secondaries use: Cheap Shot and Ingenious Hunter. Next up build Eclipse and Black cleaver; for some reason you will start to proc Eclipse any time you use your W and Black Cleaver will stack up much faster.

Tryn's hybrid options just got even more crazy on PBE - I've been building nashor's, rageblade, lich bane, statikk shiv, rabadons and lucidity boots and it's really fun and stupid. Navori, riftmaker and Night Harvester are also still cool, silly options.

Hextech gunblade would've been perfect for this build

Plenty of people forget or weren't around for those few patches many years ago now (I think it was sometime in season 7 or 8) when AP Trynd was legit the best way to build him for this very reason. It was like, Nashors rush with Gunblade or old Guinsoos into deathcap. Me wizard me Trynd me spin me win.

to waste everyone's time you already have Garen for that, you build full movement speed and tankiness with Warmogs and you never need to base and you just scoop around the map and push the waves and hit the turret and only really run away when ur below half HP so then after 10 seconds ur already full HP again and u push another lane and keep hitting turrets agains since enemies think you went base

I hate to be that guy, but I've been playing tryndamere basically exclusively this season and this healing is like 10% more effective for half the damage... Getting a ravenous hydra first item after boots lets you sustain forever (which is basically what this build is trying to do) and clears waves much faster because of tiamat which in turn helps with fury stacking. Like it's not even a "wow" type casual game build... I've had fuller heals without any ap... This is just tryndamere with worse items.
