I am 31 age, I had vitreous hemmoehage 6 month ago. I got exotropia squint 1 month before. But now I see right rectus tilted 20 degree. My vitreous is clearing. But will my diplopia will be cure once I get vision. ?

Yes, in most cases. However, an affected father & a carrier mother can pass on the disease to their girl children. Since the combination of of an affected father and a carrier mother is rare, the disease is rare in females (similar to congenital red-green color blindness)
