Sir, I think judgement against Assistant Professor notification released in 2018 is still pending in supreme court which is also mentioned in 2023 notification as first point in the note on the first page of notification. Please check it. The then government has given a fresh notification in 2023 without waiting for the clearence of special leave petitions filed against the cancellation of 2018 notification in supreme court.
Pharm.D graduates are eligible for all the posts including Asst.Professor post in Universities. A lot of top Private Universities already recruited Pharm.D graduates. Even in the latest recruitment they made Pharm.D eligible under Pharmacology branch (Pharm.D is under Pharmacology in Andhra University as of now) So they are equally eligible for Asst.Professor posts in Universities.
