someone was excited to sell those blades. made in 2011! also when replacing blades always replace all. blades are weighed and packaged in sets replacing just 1 could lead to a wobble

Lol I saw that as well. They must have been sitting in a warehouse for some time that's for sure. The place where we bought all the light fixtures from at construction didn't have any in stock so they had to order them & ship them directly to me. So I bet there was an inch of dust on them when the person pulled them off the shelf in the warehouse lol. Thanks for watching James 🛠️👍

I moved to a different state & now working for a different company but doing the same work. I'm at a brand new property that just finished construction & with moving, starting a new job with a new company & construction going on as well I haven't had any time to create any videos or even edit other videos I have saved. Once I get my shop setup & things calm down I'll be posting videos frequently, but I'm still going to find some time to edit my other videos I have filmed that way I put out some new content. I appreciate the support Phillip & I will have some stuff coming soon. Thanks for watching, have a good weekend & god bless!! 🛠️👍

You got it. I already had planned a tool bag video but just haven't done it yet but I will definitely get that done & do a shop tour video. Appreciate that input for what you want to see. If you think of any other videos you would like to see let me know cause I want to create content the audience wants. Thanks for watching Colorado5119 🛠️👍

I'm glad nobody got hit by it either. There really shouldn't be a baby in the fitness center anyways & I've never seen a baby in there. But I agree with you on that. Thanks for watching hvactechwanttobe1499 🛠️👍

Would you ever do a tool bag video to show us what you carry everyday
@ApartmentMaintenance
@ApartmentMaintenance 6 месяцев назад
@@BigNate3258 Yeah I've planned on doing one for awhile now but I just haven't done it yet. But I definitely will be doing a tool bag video in the near future. I have a couple veto bags that I would like to do videos on. My main veto bag I carry everyday & the other ones I use for certain jobs. Appreciate the input for future videos & anytime you have a certain video you would like to see or a certain topic or repair made into a video please let me know cause I want to create content the viewers want to see.

I just found your channel and I appreciate your content 🙏 How do we fix a ceiling fan thats wobbling and also making a clacking sound. Thank you in advance
@ApartmentMaintenance
@ApartmentMaintenance Месяц назад
@@amohvac27 Glad you like the content. Plenty more to come, but I moved & started a new job at a brand new property so I haven't had time to edit & upload any videos the last few months but I'll have new content coming soon as I get settled. I would check all the screws on the fan blades to make sure they are right & make sure each screw has the little flat washer on them cuz that is what makes the clacking sound. Also check to make sure the fan is mounted properly & sitting down in the grove up top where it should sit. Grab ahold of the motor with two hands & try turning it either direction & it shouldn't move much. If it turns, keep turning it until it drops down into the grove it's supposed to sit in. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching & help support the channel by subscribing 🛠️👍

Mr Ray! Thanks for stopping by bro. I see you have been putting in some work on your channel lately with lots of videos. That's what's up man. It's a lot of work filming, downloading video clips, editing, etc...Alot of people don't realize what's all involved. Hell it's another job itself. Congrats on growing the community. I'm hoping to post more frequently. I've been ran down & needed a break. I'll have to stop in & say hello on the next live stream you do. Appreciate you watching, commenting, & all you do on your channel as well. 🛠️👍

Good video! I never seen a blade broke off like that. Is there a way to know when a ceiling fan is going out?
@ApartmentMaintenance
@ApartmentMaintenance 6 месяцев назад
Appreciate that Amy. Yeah it was odd that happened. Other than checking the blades every 6 months or so depending on usage I don't know what else you could do. I would say it's rare though. That was the first time I've seen it happen. Thanks for watching Amy & have a good night 👍

How do you stay from getting burnt out? I did really good my first 2 years now I’m bored of it feels repetitive.
@ApartmentMaintenance
@ApartmentMaintenance 6 месяцев назад
I do get burned out. I try to plan my vacation times so I get a mental break as well. It's always something different each day which helps with burnout but definitely days where it's the same thing over & over. I don't know what your position is, but with me being a service director I have a lot of computer work as well from scheduling vendors, ordering supplies, meeting with contractors getting bids, zoom meetings, making spreadsheets for preventive maintenance items etc....so I enjoy the days I'm on the property fixing AC's, appliances, or even small work orders. I take care of the pool as well. But if you feel you need a break don't be afraid to take a day off or plan a long weekend, whatever you have to do to give yourself a break. Great question though. Thanks for watching Wyatt 🛠️👍

@@ApartmentMaintenance thanks for the input! I’ll look into planning vacations like that. I’m at a 2 man property have to be a working sup, it’s not to hard just exhausting with the scheduling and working + keeping on the deadlines thank you for insight on how you do it!
@ApartmentMaintenance
@ApartmentMaintenance 6 месяцев назад
@@wyattclark9937 No problem! My property is supposed to be a 3 man property with 294 units but I've been short a guy for the last year and a half with the exception of 2 months that we finally found somebody which he didn't work out. So I know the feeling of trying to get all the computer work done & having to go turn wrenches as well. Just do what you can & prioritize what you need to get done. Focus on that one thing until it's done otherwise you won't get much done trying to do 5 things at once.
