Good video guys. You both made some very good points. Firstly for a relationship to blossom both parties need their own ‘my space’ and secondly the cost in renting/buying the world over is rising all the time. In the UK I live in a coastal town 60 miles from the metropolis of London. Since covid hit we have had an influx of Londoners decentralising to the coast, primarily because they can get a better work/life balance working from home then enjoy the outdoor life of the water and countryside, plus they are only an hour train away from London. Property prices have shot up because of these attributes. Take care guys 🥰

You get a chance to see what you "Really Need" to be comfortable in life and what you are willing to sacrifice. Great choice👍. I think that you guys are going to be fine as long as you are willing to let the other person be centered in your life(Nico keeps and centered first in his life and Ann keeps Nico first in hers). Unless you both believe in GOD then your both in second position😁. Either way you guys are in a great position. Love the apartment, very cozy and close to everything.
