Cool quarters....hope all your "homes" are this convenient and comfortable. Especially like view of the sunset from the balcony. Enjoy every minute in Puerto Escondido.
Such a great layout for those times when you want to have a bath, but you've got company over and you don't want to miss out on the conversation... whammo, yeah, I'm soapy, you were saying? Try the salsa, it's delicious! :)
Thank you! We're lucky to be in such a nice place. I LOVE this shirt and got it through Simon's. Here's the link and lucky it's on sale: www.simons.ca/simons/product/6826-1001/T-Shirts/Je+parle+f%C3%A9ministe+tee?/en/
Hey David, That's great! We did the reverse in 2017 actually. We started this whole travel adventure in Mexico and then went to Colombia. Mexico is incredible - hope you enjoy if you decide to head there!
I think it was just through a Google search. This is the hotel: www.hotelrockaway.com/ Enjoy your trip if you decide to go! We made more videos there in case they're helpful in making the decision. You can see them here: bit.ly/puertoescondidoplaylist
Eileen, I've seen them. Now I'm watching your Mexico City vids. You mention AirBnB in one in Market vid. Watching Semana Santa.... Thanks for the quick reply.
Good question! It was in February and it was somewhere around $45-50/night. It was smack dab in the middle of things at Zicatela and had one of the only gyms in town which was nice.
This is Hotel Rockaway: www.hotelrockaway.com/ We also made a series in Puerto Escondido if you'd like to see more about the city: bit.ly/puertoescondidoplaylist Hope you enjoy!
1) not a kitchen. that's a kitchenette. 2) looks like a living room/ dinette area to me. 3) looks more like a bath tub with some water jets. if you bathe in it, then its a bath tub. if not, then i guess you could call it a jacuzzi. [just dont tell jacuzzi. ;)] 4) folks usually are curious about how much you pay rent per month for it.
Hi Sebastien - thanks for your comment. I think the cost here is good considering we booked it very late and it's a lovely place, as you say. We got lucky. We're here for more than 5 weeks but won't be in places this nice all the time. For me, it's living here because I don't have any other home I'm going back to like one would on vacation. The way I look at it this year, everywhere I stay is where I'm living, even if it's just for a short time. Thanks for watching!
