Its better not to buy Look at the rental value U can get good flat with the teir 1 builder at 40k in tellaur. They are not reducing prices not because there is huge demand. Its because they have the capability to choose between price correction or time correction. So they are ok with slow sales with high price insted of good sales with reasonable price.

In 2018 smr Vinay quoted 3500 psft. Not sure what’s going on now. however there are almost 50% vacant at any time given, and a never ending hype surrounding it of price hike every quarter and the point is their money getting doubled and tripled or whatever fold(unrealised profit) just by sitting idle. Real estate had long ago started mimicking casino. Instead selling plastic coins for real money these guys sell steel and dust rubble for real money. Whether one buys or not, is one’s own problem. Unfortunately leaders instead of finding solution to this problem they’re clubbed with these rubble makers.
