I guess slowly slowly hyd may become less attractive for Real estate returns.. we have dig our own grave by allowing unlimited fsi.. so builders are continuing in the same areas instead of expanding horizontally to other new areas to develop.. Also mismatch in Inventory vs Need.
This is useless investment by state govt, passing through that areas doesn’t seem economically viable option. The first option was much better I.e from Hitex to Shamshabad. These leaders go on personal grudge and misusing public tax money!

As u are real estate professional and localite , can you please tell your version whether it can be possible or just media hype,because old city we have seen recently electricity department is man handled and 3 rd party adani collection tender that also no information, so you think land acquisition can be possible .. As a optimistic i always feel metro should be connected atleast till airport so that people can avoid stucking at traffic especially mehdipatnam side
Wise people and future thinkers (otmists) will always ahead of two steps to normal and negative thinking people (pessimists) in taking a decision or thing to sell or buy. When there is no forsight, life is also to be leads in dark side. To implement and development a policy or anything, definitely it takes some time. Man is just an example to quote that since birth to grown to young age. Hitech city is also an example. Once developed, where will people invest . So, early decision with caution is only solution for development of people in terms of money growth.
Sir my suggestion , please add your reasons for downfall at the end of the video so news and your video may justified more. I personally don't rely on news papers etc bcoz most of them are paid is my beleif
Okka land enti, plots, lands, flats, villas, farm lands, farm villas Anni stagnant... No sales at all... No buyers in the market at the current prices...
Do u think a state like Telangana can afford this .... We don't have a proper government hospitals... The hospitals like osmania and niimz are not expanded.. How feasible it is????
Please people watching this platform should know first that every policy decision should take only by the respective state govts. Based on the decision only, investors will come and develop the city just like Cyberabad, hightech city, International airport and other places in the city. When decided to create Airport and ORR, people also reacted like this and they came to reality now
Realtors are quoting 20k to 30k per sq. Yard ... But to be frank im struggling to sell a resale plot for 15k/yard in maheshwaram ... Pls be very cautious while investing your hard earned money ... Demand actually is very high and reasonable in adjacent kongarakalan area due to foxconn , collectorate office, adibatla and mangalpally 9 engineerign colleges ... Invest in such places where boom is not artificial
It doesnot have much impact on east side hyderabad realestate... as the six lane expansion till hyderabad outskirts is already in full swing... if metro comes till hayathnagar... one can invest around ORR not too far away
