i hate it when others start insult and yelling slurs at noobs just because they dont know how to play. i wantto tell them stop but my mic doesnt work and im scared since i dont want predatory or unkind behavior aimed at me. (girl)
yeah pretty much every somewhat competitive game has some lunatics but I only really play with friends nowadays. Sucks for the people tryna learn while solo queued though
Honestly as a new player, it does suck when I get insta killed but I do enjoy the feeling of getting better. Usually when I play games I'm good at it instantly. Apex has proved to be a fun challenge for me. I usually just mute my team so i can focus on kills.
it doesn't need to be, casuals are the ones that do NOT make up 10% of any and all of concurrent players online when we view the steam charts, they may make the majority of the total unique user count, but they make up less than 1% of all online play time, game should not be friendly when the average casuals play time is less than 300 hours total and the average playtime of someone concurrently online day to day is in between 7-14k hours. there is a massive time investment difference in the majority of the player base thats ever online. casuals average online time per week is around 10 hours, vs the majority of concurrent players at 80 hours per week. its a PvP game where the meta changes, guns change, and knowledge and experience further the skill gap, no matter what MM they implement they can't fix it, because players that play that little, generally don't have many playing at the same time because they "have a life" cool go live that life and stop actively trying to make the game worse so you can spend 30 minutes on it, casuals don't log play hours, the vastly do not spend in the cash shop, they vastly don't buy battle passes, they literally only come and complain they can't play the game and refuse to put in any hours as the people smoking them in game.
