Apex nerfed all the auto weapons and buffed the burst weapons, but left the havoc alone. So no auto weapons are meta except the havoc, so the havoc is used, and overused. I mean havoc has been the same way it was just be before the buff all the way back in season 2, but it wasn’t op then because everything else was strong too. Now it’s op bc it has no competition in its “genre” of auto close to medium range. I mean, the range of SMG’s was slashed, then the 99 and car were slashed further, the flatline and r301 got slashed, rampage and spitty is either mid or busted and Lstar got slashed too, so what’s left is the havoc. They can’t balance anything but a OP nemesis for a year is good right? New gun guys? First one in 2 years? BE EXCITED FOR OUR SLOP AND SPEND 700 ON A COLLECTION EVENT AND THEN ANOTHER AND WE’L STILL FIND ANOTHER WAY TO CUCK YOU, GIVE US YOUR MONEY
@@thsxi literally nailed it. All these nerfs leave most guns with little to no room for error so even though it’s balanced it’s just not fun. This is on top of the ATROCIOUS sbmm and the even worse monetization. This game is going down the gutter

You're absolutely correct, I see the same 3 stack legends which include either rev, conduit, octane, horizon, wraith or pathfinder, with rev being the most unbalanced thing in the existence because his ult is a 1 second batt meaning he can be as offensive and as defensive as he wants.
At least someone agrees that rev is op. Everyone is to busy crying about horizon when we have a legend that gets a free 75 hp, and resets every knock, gets a free tactical when popping your ult. And gives no audio when crouch walking
This seems a bit inaccurate to a degree. I would say the same legends in ranked are rev lifeline pathfinder bang, then your occasional one trick ponies that are horizon/wraith mains. Although you are mostly correct, the real issue is these REV + LIFELINE stacks

As much as people want to say that no one should buy this, people are already not buying this... this stuff isn't meant for the average player, is for the whales that for some reason we have to treat with kids' gloves and pretend that their purchase isn't affecting us...
well, i stopped buying heirloom events, then i stopped buying skins and now i'm gonna stop buying battle passes i guess. i aint spending $10 when i have in-game coins on a reactive gun skin that i don't use and probably has a bad iron sight anyway. not to mention 10 holos sprays and stickers and epic skins that look worse than the actual basic skin of any given legend.
It doesn't matter what EA does, it's the fortnite kids who BUY their products regardless of what it is which enables EA to continue doing this. As much as I want it to, your videos won't help Kasellos, because as soon as something comes out, people have to buy it, mostly controller kids, which is more than sad.
This is so cooked. A BR needs a huge playerbase to even have a prayer at coming up with decent quality matches. People that bought the battlepass using each battlepass's coins populated the game and the queues. They'll make more money off the remaining players, but many will now quit and the playerbase will go down further, and that will decrease match quality even more. It'll be a death spiral. You could argue the game was death spiraling before this announcement, but now this will definitely be the thing you can point to as what killed apex.
4:40 In my opinion, the reason why the battle pass changes are a thing it is because of the people buying the buster sword and one winged angel deathbox, no matter what excuse people did of "just buying this because ff7 is my favorite game" or creators saying "it's a tax write off". While people did their excuses and justifications for throwing so much money for cosmetics they enabled EA to continue doing even worse practices yet those same people that bought it act surprised or don't realize they contributed to this. Granted, you can do what you want with your money, just don't act innocent as you are part of the problem. And in case you wonder, I stopped playing almost 2 years ago, never spent a cent, played 1250 hours.
i will continue to say remove most visual clutter, improve audio, remove bullet slow and flinch from the game, custom reticles for all guns and optics, increase slide velocity. the game would be fun again after that
As soon as content creators and pros trickle off and leave - the game is officially dead. Content creators like Kas and Pros are what keep me and others playing or watching the game. All of them have made very justified points as to what needs to be fixed or paid attention to and EA/Respawn have shown no interest in making the game better for all of us. One point to drive home that Kas made - Stop. Spending. Money. You will only regret it. EA does NOT deserve your hard earned money.
I feel like they will push for like 3-4 more seasons then kill the game. Because I do feel like at the point the cheaters got more and more rapid, the harder it got to save it so I feel they will keep updating until like one season it’s just awful and say yea we are done. I went through evolves death and ig this too😂😂😂😂.
for what it's worth overwatch actually do input separated matchmaking in ranked mode, idk why apex couldn't implement that especially since it has bigger playerbase than overwatch's
this season the input disparity was so awful i had to switch to controller just to enjoy the game. its a shame because i genuinly enjoy playing kbm way more and to be forced to not play it because you just get whooped by controller everytime is awful. aim assist completely gets rid of aim punch and clutter and its just overpowered

I completely agree. Been playing since day 1. This game is horrible towards solo players. SBMM doesnt feel like MM when your teammates are either way above skill level, or in most cases, way fucking below. But it okay I have to go against 3 stack Preds.
Best cheater ive faced was a Seer using Wall hacks... he was walling but you cant tell he is cheating because "Seer can detect heartbeat", he would definitely fly under radar while using seer.
Considering the profit this game generates, more than enough people spend their winnings on skins and buy a new pass for the next season ! Nothing makes it acceptable not to be able to use the in-game curancy as a change for a BP with barely anything in it, for me it was a goal in the game. rank is wasted effort+frustration-rewards are weak to say the least , so casual and completing the BP challenges was at least something that brought "satisfaction" and promoted other "tactics" (legends, weapons, things to accomplish). with this change there will be even less variations in casual due to lack of motivation . Players like my godson have no way to spend real money in games they get curancy cards on birthdays and sometimes Christmas or special ocations and they are no longer useful for what is one of the most logical things in a gamea a BP!

Main issues with Apex right now (In my opinion) are cheaters and the EA greed. EA will always be EA. But to do this Battle Pass adjustment at a time like this where the community is in shambles already is like committing sewer-slide for the game. They need to fix the cheating issues. Its becoming unplayable for all, not just high level ranked players.

There was a leak recently stating that respawn was planning to announce an aim assist nerf without actually doing anything to ease tensions between the inputs. Goes to show how corrupt of a company they are
I feel like the management teams of these type of games should pay double the price monthly to test their price policy and see how their BS works out. No one will do double the work and pay double the price to get twice as much of "rewards" aka 5 more loot packs with stupid blue skins. No one with a brain will buy the bp twice a season
tbh and im speaking purely from a 'value' point of view, this is is 10 billion times better than the old pass but only if you buy the pass with real money every season aka you dont save the 1300AC from the previous pass to buy the new one. 40 dollars a season is ALOT for just the pass but you get 2600 so if you usually buy a bundle per season here you dont have to buy coins for that season plus 4800 crafting is ALOT you can get 2 1800AC legendary skins from a collection event with that (those 2 skins are worth 40 dollars if you buy them with AC) you get 8 legendary legend skins instead of 2 which is great tbh thats a lot of skins a lot more packs 34 packs which are technically worth 34 dollars on their own. and another 6 themed worth 6 dollars so that 40 dollars in packs 40 exotic shards is also very valuable tbh theyre literally worth 40 dollars this is like buying the 40 shards or buying the 40 packs or buying the 2 legendary collection event skins but you get 8 legendary legends skins 2 reactive weapon skins 2 legendary weapon skins 2600 AC and everything else along the way imo if were talking value for money this is the single best thing respawn has ever done but who the FUCK is spending 40 dollars a season 4 seasons a year so 160 DOLLARS A YEAR (ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY FUCKING DOLLARS A YEAR) THAT IS THE PRICE OF A COLLECTION EVENT WHAT THE FUCK ARE THEY THINKING THE BATTLE[ASS ISNT SUPPOSED TO BE LIKE THIS ITS SUPPOSED TO BE A CHEAP WAY TO EARN STUFF FOR MOSTTLY F2P PLAYERS PPL WHO SPEND TOO MUCH MONEY ON THIS GAME DONT CARE ABOUT BATTLE PASSES BECAUSE THEY GET THEIR SKINS FROM EVENT AND SHOP BUNDLES THIS IS FUCKING INSANE FFS AND THEYRE DOING A WHOLE PR STUNT WITH THE FIRST BP BEING FREE NEXT SEASON AND PEOPLE WILL EAT THAT SHIT UP I HATE THIS SO MUCH I HATE RESPAWN WILL GET AWAY WITH THIS SO FUCKIGN MUCH. 1 Reply

EA math is simple: few people buying BP >>>> lots of people getting BP for free with last BP apex coins. The game is free and they need to monetize, i get it, but doing that while the game is run over by cheaters is simple bs.
Maybe we should fix the 100s of other problems in the game before we start charging more for battle passes. Cheaters are ruining the game hardcore right now but a more expensive pass is the solution??? As I said in my tweet under theirs, this wouldn't have been much of an issue if it wasn't completely tone deaf to everything else happening in their game at the same time
@@Kasellos I agree that the tone deaf response to other issues is making this way worse. But I do believe that inorder for them to fix alot of issues such as developing a proper anti-cheat and even updating the games engine to fix audio and such will require Respawn to make more of a profit and be able to show to EA that they are still profitable enough to continue supporting the game. But yeah, the back lash from this announcement is probably just going to make things significantly worse for them no matter what they change about the battlepasses.
why wouldnt a free game have SOME free stuff you could obtain. nobody would have anything to work towards if they didnt... thats not even the issue we're talking about neither, the problem is even when you do pay its a gamble on certain things and ea continue doing more things to milk more money out of people and not using it to make the game better. at least know what we're discussing first before bootlicking.
@@prismmaster2548 i see where you're coming from, but at some point ea and respawn have to start taking accountability as well. if they haven't shown enough value to ea that the game is still profitable then when is it going to be? at this point if its not up to your standards now, it wont ever be. even so, i don't see why that would prevent them from at least acknowledging some of the concerns the playerbase has. i agree some of the backlash is over done, and the battlepass changes would be great. but, to change it from real money, pump out lackluster events while still dealing with the same issues that have been going on for a few years now... at some point, ea/respawn have to listen to their playerbase or otherwise there wont be one anymore.
I am chilling. I will not buy it, I will not play the game. Came back from S15 cause of solo mode. Solo mode is gone, I played 6 hours since quads replaced solos. I have better thing to do and you have them too. F Respawn, EA and apex. Too many problems with the game.

Hot take: Remove crafting from ranked. It’s horrible for the game imo. It promotes really bad team play. You could have 1 teammate down and get a quick trade but your path rev or lifeline player is already half way across the map waiting for you to bleed out or die so they can craft you. If not remove maybe can we limit it to 1 banner craft for each teammate a game and give that ability to all characters not just support.

Rd3 closing there is like 3-6 teams left and it seems like half those teams are rats or duos looking to craft. On average most teams could care less about getting a great spot for end game or even scanning ring consoles to play zone. And if you are playing zone you get rewarded with close to nothing in points.
I recently uninstalled Apex for the 1st time since it released. U got cheaters and teamers ruining the game and Respawn is doing nothing 2 fix it. They don't communicate either, just keep throwing skins and collection events in our faces. I'm over it
