So according to lore, this guy poisons himself so his sister can give him his weapons. This poison renders him mute and causes him agony. So basically Aphelios hovers between life and death in excruciating pain while he's on missions, and all the while, he dosn't even show any signs of it. What a badass. Oh, and the pain he goes through might be a bit symbolic cause a lot of players are also in pain reading his abilities. xD

Aphelios: guys, let me explain. Jinx: you having 5 weapons while I only have 3!? Draven: you have 3? I only have 2 blades! Jax: wait... you guys are having a real weapon??

This guy was made for the teammate that says "Don't worry, I'll do it all."

Everyone who plays him will be easy to kill because he will be afk reading the abilities tooltip

I just read his Kit Primer and this is basically my own summary of his kit: 1st Gun - Calibrum (Rifle) aka. The Jhin gun (He can shoot someone globally) 2nd Gun - Severum (Scythe Pistol) aka. The Bloodthrist Urgot gun (Lifesteal and Dual-wield rapid fire) 3rd Gun - Gravitum (Cannon) aka. The Ashe/Jinx gun (Slow and Root) 4th Gun - Infernum (Flamethrower) aka. The Rumble gun (AoE Waveclear just like Rumble oof) 5th Gun - Crescendum (Chakram) aka. The Gnar/Heimerdinger gun (Close-range DPS Boomerang and places mini-turrets) Plus, every weapon has "ammo" (Moonlight) which makes him even more like Jhin somehow. You're welcome ^^

For me, Aphelios has one of the best designs in league of legends history ( altogether with Senna ), and that's why it's one of my favorite champs, everything about him is pure art and if you play him, i weirdly respect you-
