LYRICS: The footsteps of a deranged demagogue…echo through in the destroyed town. The controllers of its heart and soul…are wandering evils, weapons, and creatures from hell. We don’t need anyone…preaching about “the meaning of justice”. My friend, can you see it here? That I die for you, live for you, and pray for you. Fortified Armor of the Almighty…make me stand strong…for the future of innocent people! Thousands of spirits bombard me! We will lay the foundation for all eternity. My body is already determined to fight! In the deep dark night…there is a melody filled with hope... I won’t ask about it.. I’ll hear it from behind me, and someday... ...when your tears dry up and your voice is exhausted…I’ll share my tears for crying and my voice for singing. If there’s not a drop of blood left…I’ll tear open my heart and give you all that is inside. I want to be a song more passionate than love! These leaves, wind, life… for these things… therefore… fortified Armor of the Almighty…make me stand strong…for the future of innocent people! Thousands of spirits bombard me! We will lay the foundation for all eternity. My body is already determined to fight! When your tears dry up and your voice is exhausted… I’ll share my tears for crying and my voice for singing. If there’s not a drop of blood left… I’ll tear open my heart and give you all that is inside. Since I was born I was determined to fight!
Warning! Spoilers for Kill la Kill below: I've just realised something, Apocalypse Zero and Kill La Kill are a bit similar in their most basic sense: Protagonist receives living power armour from their late father, they proceed to clash with their older sibling (who possess a similar armour) and the sibling's henchmen, whilst being guided by the voice of their suit. Aside from that however, they are entirely different.
Remembered this a while ago. Took me hours of searching through Kamen Rider pictures and related things to find the image to do a reverse image search. Worth it.
@@INTCUWUSIUA Don't understand the hate for the anime to be honest, the only reason I could see for disliking it is because it only covers the first 2 volumes. If it covered the whole manga like it was originally planned it'd be excellent.
apocalypse zero fits so perfectly in 40k. i mean, both are over the top gore fests filled with sex jokes and dark humour in the middle of incredibly horrible situations. it's dark comedy at its best. it's ok if you don't like it tho, so no worries.
Kakugo is just an eversor assassin who regains his mind and has an extreme sense of justice. He fights agasint greater demons of Slannesh (tactical fiends) it fits too well! However, that is just 40k in general but maybe I should paint an Eversor in the likeness of Zero?

I've read the manga. It's got even more bizarre monsters, and also a lot of these non-sequitur gay jokes. It's supposed to be a comedy though, so it fits. Also all the characters that do fucking nothing in the show actually do stuff in the manga. It's not bad.
The manga is lit as fuck, but most people will be completely unable to ever appreciate it. I've accepted it at this point after years of preaching about it.
@@Condor2481 I got interested in this series from the song- and jesus fuck is it cool. I read the manga, which is only at chapter 70 but jesus fucking christ is this such a good manga. It is easily the most GAR and Gay manga I've read. 8/10- plus I got some mates to take a look at it.
there is no gore like old school gore. it was not just the blood, but also the intestines, the bones, the execution, the drama and the trauma. today is just a fountain of blood. look what they did to parasyte, turned into some generic shonen stuff, while the manga was so fucking crude and terrifying.
