@@rushikeshgaikwad3098 Thanks bro! I would recommend the TVS Protorq Extreme bro. Cornering will be fun on these! They have a 140 section as well for the rear. These are H rated (210 kmph) so it's more than enough for R15. Else, go for 150 section rear. 😎😎😎

I spoke about Pilot Street. I mean 1. The first one. It's good for just touring and gives a longer tyre life. But with any bike of around 40 hp, I don't think you can extract much performance. I haven't used the Pilot Street 2 so not sure about those tyres. However, I have heard good reviews. Also, in this video I just wanted to focus on Indian companies. Thanks for your comment.

Hey... Thanks for sharing this with us. Yea... Metz, Pirelli and Michelin are in a league above. But they have also become quite expensive. Tvs, Apollo and other Indian manufacturers are some good options. 😎

Yes, you can get for R15. Once size up is not going to be a problem. I have also upsized. R3 stock size is 140 however I'm using 150.

@@m.rraghav817 Hey.. Apollos lasted around 17 K kms on my R3 so considering the weight, power amd torque on 250R, it should be able to do close to 20 K kms. Pilot Streets are version 1 or version 2?

Yea.. It's a good choice. Lot of R15 owners are using it. It has all round performance.

I would suggest not to mix 2 different tyres for front and rear. Either go with both S1 or both H1. If you are worried about the size, one size up by 10 mm is not going to cause any issues. I hope this helps.

What did you buy? I think it will be better if you got 110/70 r17.

@@yogeshpoojari153 Hey... One size up is ok. You can look at 140... Tvs Protorq is a great option. Apollo Alpha S1 is also available in 130 and 140. Apollo will give more life. Hooe this helps.

@@yogeshpoojari153 Tvs is much softer compound so life will be less. Grip will be better than Apollo. Rest of the specifications are samr.

TVS should be for summer and track days.. It's peak in performance

35 in city and 33 on highways. I ride solo. When I'm touring I have around 15-20 kgs of luggage. I'm 5 ft 9 and 65 kgs. Thanks for your comment. Cheers 😎

@@HighwayToHill thanks for the reply, i also ride solo mostly but i love cornering. previously used to have 32 and when i changed the tyres, the guys there put 38 and said that is recommended. i later changed it to 34 because 38 felt very wrong while riding. btw, my motorcycle is a R15V3.

@@BBKMotoLove221 For touring and highway riding I reduce pressure by 2 bars. Because I'm usually doing 100+... At these speeds I have noticed that the pressure increases due to high speed + temperature. 30 becomes 32 and 35 goes to 36/37, which is high. Yaa... 38 is too high.

Yea... If you wanna extract the maximum ouuta of your performance bike, Road5/6 are great. Road5s were 185000₹ when I last checked.

@@m.rraghav817 Yea, you are right. Stock is 140. One size up is ok. I haven't experienced any drastic change. Mileage ia still the same.

Michelin Road 5 is great.... Expensive!

Yes... But this is 150 section rear tyre which is one size up. You can use this or try the 140 section. I got to know that there is a 140 section for same TVS Protorq Extreme. Check it. For R15V3 I hope that it will last longer than most 250-300cc bikes.

What's the difference between H1 & S1?

@@Mr.6speed S1 is smaller size 130-140. More of city use. Speed rating is less and load index is also less compared to H1.

If you like having fun in the corners regularly, then yes. My friend and I have been thrashing the Protorq Extremes on our V3's for the last few months and are very satisfied, apart from the soft tyre edges wearing out within 4000km of constant hill riding. The center is still alright though, and I think I can get 8000km out of them if I stop cornering and just do casual highway touring. I heard the Alpha H1's mess up the handling of the V3 a little due to their stiffness and weight, but I am yet to test and confirm this, but their advantage is they last twice as much as the Protorq Extremes.

I had Rosso 2... Took some time to get used to. But the tyres are great. I'm sure Rosso 3 are great too! Thanks for the suggestion.... Cheers!

Hey... so happy to see your comment on my channel. I think I have some of the best viewers If there are a lot of bad roads, I can suggest the Apollo Tramplr ST. It has a block type pattern which can handle some bad roads, gravel type broken roads etc. It is 80:20. Road:Off-road. And is made for 150 to 250 cc. In fact some riders have used it on R3 also. If you doing mind can you please suggest a few more things 1.will the ST/XR will be heavier for the bike and result in decrease of mileage and power as they are offroad 2. Can i go for XR as they are radial will they be overkill for a small bike like Ktm rc200 Thank you for always putting great videos. 👐

@@vivekmittal9715 ST will be lighter actually because it is ply tyre. Not steel radial. XR will be comparatively heavy. I don't have an exact number in kilograms though. XR will cost more than ST. XR can be used for RC200 but even I feel it might be over kill. It's 70:30. It has a bit more pronounced block pattern. I'm not sure how it will behave on smooth tarmac. That's my only concern. I don't think mileage will be an issue.

No... I don't think this will fit Classic 350.
