Apollo Amateur Night contestant Baby Smoove attempts to perform his original hip hop tune 3 times in 3 seasons! The name of his act changes each time, and there are slight variations with each performance, but it is the same song, and same outcome each time.
Part 1: As “Baby Smoove” - Season 10, episode 18. Original broadcast date April 19, 1997.
Part 2: As “Blackjack” - Season 11, episode 17. Original broadcast date April 18, 1998.
Part 3; As “Natural Rhythm” - Season 12, episode 12. Original broadcast date January 30, 1999.

Yeah wasn’t bad at all, really. He also had to act a fool in all 3 interviews which didn’t help his cause. The third one, he let the girl do most of the talking and that’s the one where they lasted the longest.
