Fab Dupont from pureMix.net shows the band DEDE how to operate a multi-unit Apollo setup so they can track their song, “Sun-Kissed Lover.”
After upgrading his “Inspiration Room” at Flux Studios with 4 brand new Apollo audio interfaces, Fab explains the basic Console 2.0 setup as well as advanced features such as cue outputs, aux sends, and using talk back. Fab also shares his experiences with Unison Technology and the ins and outs of realtime UAD processing.
Once everything is set up and ready to go, DEDE takes over the tracking session and overdubs drums, bass, guitar and vocals using UAD plug-ins in realtime.
