Today we are doing one Breakfast Combo. That is Appam with Veg. Stew.. Very Healthy, very soft and delicious.. Other side dishes match with Appam is Egg roast, Egg Curry, Chicken Stew, Chicken Curry, Kadala Curry, Green Peas masala etc..Enjoy..!
Appam -Ingredients
Raw Rice - 500gm
Grated Coconut - 2 Cups (240 ml Cup)
Cooked white Rice - 1 Cup
Coconut water - of 1-2 coconut
Water to grind
Salt
Sugar
Coconut Oil
Ingredients _Veg Stew
Green Peas - 1/4 Cup (Soaked)
Potato - 1 Big Size
Carrot - 2 Medium Size
Green Chilly - 2 Nos
Onion - 1 Big No
Cinnamon Stick - 1 small pc
Cloves - 4 Nos
Ginger - 1 Tbsp (Crushed)
Coconut Milk - 2 Cups (Thin)
Coconut Milk - 1/4 Cup (Thick)
Curry Leaves
Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tbsp
Salt
