Just recently rewatched Deadpool 1 after seeing Deadpool and Wolverine in theaters, and remember muscle badass pretty lady Gina Carano. Not a particular talent acting-wise, but I can appreciate a handsome, well built woman being tough and dangerous. i even liked her fine in Mando. Shame she decided to triple down and torpedo her career

This started happening to me recently as well, but before watching any 'related' videos on this channel - although I watch a *lot* of what I affectionately call 'Q-tube' (and one creator in particular was targeted on Walsh's show personally for an extremely long hyperfixation.) TLDR: I don't think it's this video series in particular. I think they're doing what they always do and flooding "sponsored videos" because of the election, and going three times as hard because team 2025 doesn't know how to revamp their entire (literal) attack strategy.

Not to defend anything made by the Daily Wire, but I do not know where you got that 75m figure from. Gina Carano said in an interview with Tucker (I had the displeasure of having to navigate to his website) that it was shot for 2m, and its full box office gross was 13k. The 800 figure was in the first week in America alone, not the total global gross. Not that that's a lot or anything, but it makes the financials make more sense. Good video, though! It was really fun

That is an older estimate on IMDB, which from what I can tell was changed no earlier than 10 months ago. It is hard to estimate here, but 2m seems so awefully low it is almost an admission of not paying actors and the rest of the staff proper compensation.

Gina Carano really garroted her own career in such a tragically stupid way. If only she could have realized that the right will NEVER love her the way the queer left could have. She was so amazing in Deadpool and the Mandolorian. Made this pan girl's heart soar, both because... I mean... just look at her, but also because she seemed like excellent representation of powerful women and women who don't fit the Victoria's Secret Angel type but are absolutely stunning and broaden our beauty standards and cultural norms for femininity. We were so ready to embrace her with wide opem arms. Smh. The devastation I felt watching all of that potential die.

And that flying leap/tackle had me laughing so hard! It’s not all that funny, but it just struck that right cord! Since I’m not going to watch this turd, did it pass the Bechdel test? Still a little sad about Carano. You don't get a lot of cool muscle mamas in superhero stuff, and now one less is in Marvel Studios because of her stupid mouth. Perhaps somewhere in a theoretical multiverse are Deadpool sequels where Angel Dust shows up as a reformed girlfriend of Colossus.
