Ingredients: Cream cheese 200g
Sake lees 40g
2 whole eggs
Sugar 70g
Cake flour 60g
Fresh cream 120 cc
① Wet a crumpled cookie sheet with water and place it in the cake mold.
②Put cream cheese that has been brought to room temperature into a bowl and mix with a hand mixer.
③ Add sake lees and mix until smooth.
④ Add the beaten eggs in several portions and mix until smooth.
⑤Add sugar and mix. Add flour and mix
⑥Add the fresh cream and mix until smooth.
⑦ Pour into the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
⭐Put the cream cheese in a heat-resistant bowl and heat it in a 600W microwave for about 1 minute to make it soft again.
