Update: my issue remains but I am happy overall with control only via steering wheel. Connecting to the interface can sometimes be hit and miss and often requires repeated attempts but the system will always fire up eventually. Once in, and with control via steering wheel, I’m happy overall. It has limitations, yes, but for the price it’s a solid purchase.
Can you lot help please, I have received your radio thank you, but noticed the original NTG system is being controlled when using the android system. any ideas ?
Hi I tried calling but no one answered. I had everything connected properly and all the toggle switches were set to the proper settings for my 2015 audi a4 concert radio, but every time I hold the media or nav button the screen flashes red and then goes black. This is only in the CarPlay mode. I can switch it back to the pen function.
