Other than being a bit "ham-handed" in removing the battery from the case and having to rebend it into shape, the video was quite thorough.

This was so much easier than I though it would be. So far I've found I didn't need to use the doublesided tape. While charging the iPad gets hot enough that I think it has sealed itself. Use the tools, not the metal. I also replaced the volume control. That was a bit more complicated but do-able.

You are using a double side tape to seal the Ipad , is it mandatory to do it? It is not supply withe the new battery! Where can I get this double side sealing tape? Many thanks, a very good and precise demo. Best regards Pierre

Could you please tell me what kind of tape you used to paste?

Just use an old credit card 💳 and a blowdryer. Never use metal too pry, I don’t care if you have a blackbelt, that is a big no no.
