I have an idea, what if the Apple logo on the back becomes a touch ID button for the next iPhone, then Apple could keep its aesthetic while being more functional.

I'm a big fan of how you integrated those clips of the animoji as part of the video and the clever use of playing a video of your explanation on how videos look on the phone. These type of details are what set your videos apart from other tech reviewers. Great review as always!

Animoji does require the dot projector. It just maps your face the moment you open it, and then uses that map with what the camera sees.

Rewatching this to feel new because I just got my iPhone X back from motherboard repair with a new battery whilst waiting for the launch of 14 lineup, can't stand buying the current 13 lineup yet, there is not even that much big of a design change other than features. Hopefully the 14 lineup this year could finally make me feel the worth of an upgrade.

I absolutely agree! The X is a great leap forward. I came from a Note 5 to an iPhone 5s while I waited to get the iPhone7 plus. I much preferred the social aspects of the 5s over the self gratifying multitude of personalization of the note 5. The switch to the 7 from the 5s was less noticeable to me, considering they both functioned the same and had minor feature differences. The 7 plus had an obvious larger screen, which made it a plus. Other than that it was very much the same as the 5s. Having the X now, I am loving it! The notches, for me, add to the phone, rather than create an annoyance. Learning the new "controls" seemed to come naturally; I quickly found myself trying to use my work 7 the way a X functions and I became annoyed by the older way of doing things. The notches add straight forward swiping points and the upward swipe is what made the 7 annoying to use. I love swiping up to close permanently and temporarily. The added features, AR and facial recognition aren't a major factor for me. The screen and how the phone commands work, make the X more streamlined and hard to go back to an older version. The social side of iPhone is why I couldn't go to any other OS. Droid phones had to many distracting features and were antisocial in the fact that people can easily be caught up in there own phone decorating their screen and text messages were limited to a certain number of characters.
