There are no android phones with built-in lidar hardware yet. You need to use external hardware for that. Check out @DotProduct3D

My scans don't turn out well when I try doing a room. It's like the app has to retexture what it's already scanned every time I turn around or zoom in to get different angles of furniture, etc. Then the textures turn out very weird as well.
