►Recipe - apple pie:
Glass -200 ml.
130 ml. orange juice
140 gr. + 60 gr. sugar
4 medium sweet and sour apples
2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
30 gr. starch (2 tbsp.)
260 gr. flour (2,5 cups)
a pinch of salt
130 gr. butter (82.5%)
3 tbsp. cold water

4 orta boy tatlı ve ekşi elma
2 yemek kaşığı taze sıkılmış limon suyu (20 ml.)
30 gr. nişasta (2 yemek kaşığı)
260 gr. un (2,5 su bardağı)
bir tutam tuz
130 gr. tereyağı (%82,5)
3 yemek kaşığı soğuk su
