I wasn’t always a fan of (fruit) pie but I’ve really grown to like it in the last few years - especially apple pie. It doesn’t hurt if there’s a scoop of good vanilla ice cream on top either!! I absolutely concur Carroll. When I look at the life stories of my grandparents, and their parents, it puts me in that frame of mind. Thinking about what they did to get here. Haha! We just heard an interview with Don Mclean the other day. He was talking about his Tapestry album. They played the title song, which he said was 50 years ahead of its time. Great song. Sidebar: always glad to stick a song in your head. lol. Double Sidebar: American Pie was the (very very long) song Classy requested us to sing last year on the 4th of July! And we did.
