I wouldn’t use it, because I heard from doctors that a healthy person who drinks when they feel thirsty do get enough water. The x liter a day thing seems to be made up by the bottled water industry.
@@MoonShadeStuff The thing is, sometimes you get thirsty but not thirsty enough to stand up and drink some water. That’s when you actually had to drink, but just don’t. That is why sticking with 2 Liters of water every day is the best way to drink enough water.
I know your original comment is a year old, Wayne, but I use WaterMinder and I love it! You can customize so much stuff like the kind of fluids you drink, measurements, how much of a hydration impact each kind of beverage has towards your total daily fluid intake, you can tailor reminder notifications, etc. And all that stuff is totally free. I love the app so much!
@@MoonShadeStuff there are people who are not thristy a lot and end up drinking two/three glasses of Water a day and Its simply not enough. Ofc if you drink 1600ml or 2200ml nothing will happen but Its about keeping this range higher. I noticed I Just simply feel better when i drink more, I dont overeat etc. But then there are people who drink two glasses a day and get kidney stones for some reason.
I have a 1002 days streak (no cheating) with all of the rings (targets 730 kcal, 30 min, 12). Biggest contributor? Our dog & the walks. And no flus, covid, hangovers :). Dog + Apple Watch together definetely help living a healthier life. Great & funny video from you once again!
@@gbabs-l5h All the best & hope you recover well! My streak ended at 1342 days last February, due to covid (was pretty mild but obviously no going outside for a week...).
I usually cringe when RU-vid creators unnecessarily try to make their videos funny. Your Siri outburst was absolutely hilarious. Seamless insertion and did not seem forced at all. Additionally, the video gave me everything I was looking for. Thanks for the info! Liked and subscribed!
You are very talented. I’ve been here since the beginning (Apple Watch world) and you have grown so much as a creator and editor. Every video is an absolute masterpiece!!
I swear , I was literally about yo type the same! @nikiasmolina has become sooooooo gooood with all his filming!! Totally love how you’ve evolved, congratulations for your beautiful home too
Lately I’ve been closing my rings more since I’ve gotten me the series 6 I’m so glad cause I haven’t had a watch since series 1 and been slackin and when I’m not doing any specific workout I just use other and it still basically does the same thing as a specific workout
I'm wondering the same thing...i noticed that on my, idk if Apple chanced that... seems to me that it way too slow comparing like used to be... i worked on my feet all day and even like that the exercise bearly moves...
It’s true. I get sad if I don’t complete the rings. I bought a new one because I gave my series 4 to my Dad because of his heart condition. He likes it a lot because he gets motivated too.
Yeah me too the apple watch actually helped me, i was having a phobia for 2-3 from being active and from sport since i was afraid that i'm having a problem in my heart or i will die since i was seeing a lots of news where players die, so anyway got an apple watch 30 days ago and the last week i started working out for 5mn a day and the 2nd day was 7mn and so on, so yeah basically this watch is helping me and i'm seeing my mental health and this phobia started going away
U have to move around or exercise using the workout app on your watch-the watch automatically will do it for u but u have to move, seating down doesn't count...
Thank you!! Just got my watch this week and I’m on my 3rd day. I closed 2 rings on day 2 and I’m aiming for 3 today. Your video is extremely helpful!! Thanks!
If my exercise ring is already closed and I’m trying to close the activity ring, would I close the activity ring faster if I turn on the exercise again?
A 4th ring would be awesome, yes. Then you won't have to rely on using the sleep app/settings etc. It will just do it all for you. Thanks for this video. I'm a newbie Series 7 watch user, since Saturday. I love this watch so far.
How do I change my active hours start time , I have changed time zones and I’m sure it’s still telling me to get active, even though I’m 6 hours in front of my home country
I love my Apple Watch. Sometimes a flight is not recorded. I exercise in my home and usually climb about 30 flights of stairs. A couple of days ago it missed four flights in a row. Any ideas?
Hey Nikias about the music I put like a few playlist and it took so much space that it couldn’t even down load a watch OS update I have a 38mm series 3 if that has anything to do with it
If I was to get one of these would the step tracker work if I have the watch in my pocket? I'm a baker so wouldn't be able to wear it while I was in work
Will you please do a water test on your older watches? Preferably ones that have been scratched up or at least Ed dropped once… every water test is with pristine mint condition watches which isn’t really realistic
@@NikiasMolina well it wasn’t really Siri, you just copied and pasted the script to notes and had Siri speak it out loud while you were recording it... It was funny though!
Right now, I am saying my Apple Watch is a BS tracker. Just switched over from a Garmin and the activity ring is very inaccurate. Today I did a half hour of elliptical, rode my bike one mile to the climbing gym, lead climbed and weight trained for 3 hours including 4 miles of walking. Both my exercise and stand rings have looped themselves but my activity ring hasn’t but 1/10 around!!! I call BS Apple 😮
it's just stupidity of aapple to make that RED ring-it is so hard to read the calories burned. there should be an option for changing the colour of the ring.
