You should never be climbing high ladders by yourself in the first place. There are safety checks when setting up a ladder and never carrier heavy things with you while going up
@@mokokoco4720 I work for rehab hospital.. I’ve had teens fall from balconies, bridges and once a farmer from a silo. He was 76 had a total spinal fusion and learned to walk again. Honestly accident can happen anywhere. There was just a story of that young man who broke his neck jumping a subway gradient in ny but he dies., however in all of these stories I can across it’s the timing that saves people. If we can get services out fast enough it’s life or death. So that’s why it’s amaizng
Yea but most of the technology I dont see the point in Yea fall detection should be on both phone and watch since I plan to use the watch as a cellular backup to my phone for when the battery dies just like having a genarator when you have a powercut cut always ideal to have another form of contact for emergency or when your phone dies from watching too much netflix on it
@@jonathanoxlade4252 no point in putting fall detection on the phone it would call 911 every time you dropped it. Always good to have a backup plan like you said and not entirely rely on these devices, but they do offer a lot of piece of mind and they save lives daily
@@daughterofyah6209 obviously? They are a business, and YOU agreed to it. You are going to get marketed to anyway - would you want things you like, be marketed to you, or things you don’t want, being marketed to you?
For those saying it’s crazy how the dude’s scenario sounds like the same as the Apple Watch commercial. Apple used this real scenario for their Ad using a voice actor. They wanted to show that the watch has been proven in real scenarios and in real life.
I have a disability that makes me a serious fall risk. Apple Watch has changed EVERYTHING. I couldn't be happier to know I'll be OK if I fall and need help.
I fell recently and my Apple Watch SE, didn’t detect my fall but luckily there were people who came to my rescue. Apple Watch doesn’t always work. I’m happy for the people they help but there are people like me, that it doesn’t help!! I’m upset that the Watch does always work and that is not an acceptable answer for me!
this isnt nonthing new samsung had smart watches ans smart watches with built in phones way before apple wuth the same thing its just apple is useing them to make money
